Stopped for the first time today and had a late breakfast. Oh my, what a wonderful experience!! Service was great, and they really made the interior look fabulous. The prices were very good, especially these days. I highly recommend stopping by this nice little hidden gem!

Food is always good, however I have noticed the the price for the food we ordered changes every time. We always order 3 plain burgers and one order of fries. 3 burgers was charged $20.97, 1 order of fries $2.99. Today I called my order in and told them I wanted 3 plain burgers and 1 order of fries. I was charged $35.97 for the burgers. I didn’t not ask for 3 burgers and fries with each one. This is not the first time we have had this happen. It feels like you just do what you want and not what the customers ask. If this is going to happen each time we order, then we will stop coming and will let everyone we know that this happens.

We found this little diner online and decided to try it. The slaw was excellent. I ordered grilled chicken and my husband ordered grilled tenderloin. When they brought it out they were both grilled tenderloin, but it was good and the waitress made it right. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were good too. I would definitely go back if we are ever in Hope again. Nice little place to eat.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. They were good. My problem is that 2 weeks ago I ordered 1 cheeseburger carryout and with leaving a $2.00 tip paid $9.83. Today I ordered 2 cheeseburgers carryout and was charged 26.73 and I refused the tip. Price gouging plain and simple. I usually tip but not when you add it on your own and then ask again. I won’t return.

My mother and I stopped in for lunch. We couldn’t stop talking about what a nice, peaceful and friendly experience we had. And the chicken fried steak was delicious. I am guessing my mom will be bringing my dad here soon and some of those cinnamon rolls will be making their way to their house! I will definitely be returning.
