Ordered a cake for my parent’s 60th birthday party and it came out even better than I could have ever imagined! The printed imagine on the cake didn’t taste funny either like they usually do. Extremely happy! It was ready to go when I got there early and staff were so friendly!

I actually drive about 50 minutes from home to go to this DQ. My granddaughter who is six loves it. It’s cozy feeling with nice lights The drive thru has a small hill with a turn in it. My grandaughter waves at those customers while we eat. GREAT icecream and good chicken

The girl working the window needed some more training on customer service etiquette. She was kind of rude. Food was great, but they forgot our blizzards, and acted highly inconvenienced when we asked for them.

The food is always great, the tender baskets are always really good. The service is really good too. Staff are very nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is always pretty quiet and chill. Really nice to dine in during the summer and have the blizzards. I never have any problems there with anything.

Lived in the area most of my life and this location has always been “unique” and not in a good way. Blizzards and sundaes are ALWAYS thoroughly melted before you can even get two bites in, they are very skimpy with toppings even if you pay for extra and they use flat soda style lids for the blizzards where every other place uses the clear sundae lids and actually fill them up. Yet you pay the same price. It’s such a rip off. The hot food is usually decent but I would never recommend the ice cream here. Just left the place and was disappointed in everything, though not shocked.

This is the best Dairy Queen Brazier for many miles around. Grab a couple burgers and fries, or even some onion rings from the most friendly and professional staff. Don’t forget some ice cream. Head down to Conneaut Township Park and hang out by the Gazebo overlooking Lake Erie and have your food. From the looks of the rubbish, everyone does it.

This DQ in Conneaut OH is by far leaps and bounds above any other DQ I’ve been to. The staff is always polite, happy, and cheerful. This visit I ordered a cake to celebrate Veterans day with my fellow veterans at work. As you can see they did an amazing job. These guys and girls go above and beyond for their customers.

Ordered medium turtle pecan cluster blizzard with extra pecans ( paid extra) and ended up with butterfinger blizzard . Not the first time,so highly recommend to staff, when handing orders to customers, repeat to the customer their order they are receiving! I didn’t receive a receipt with my order and couldn’t tell what I received until I got home and started eating it!
