Absolutely disgusting!! Unfortunately my son didn’t know this was NOT cooked all the way. He ate a lot of it and when I walked up to the counter the employee informed me “that’s how we cook them” as she rolled her eyes at me. Then she asked whom ever she had on her earbuds to hold on so she could “give me my money back” DO NOT EAT HERE! Please DO NOT FEED your children this raw meat! I wish I had inspected his burger beforehand.

UPDATE 2022: Arby’s has really stepped up their game. The service is great, and the food is even better. The whole attitude of the place has changed for the better. I’m not sure what changed, but I sure am glad it did. This has become my go-to lunch place in town!

Haven’t been to an Arby’s in over a decade. Decided to try their Reuben. It was without a doubt the worst Reuben I have had in my life. Two pieces of bread, with a single slice of corned beef, a leaf of cabbage and a half slice of cheese, all served cold. I can’t speak to the other menue options.

It’s just another Arby’s. I really wonder why franchisees don’t have more creative control on their stores because it would be cool if going to a chain fast food place didn’t remind me a bland conveyor belt mentality. Add some flare, some local influence on decor, etc. With prices climbing it’s not a bad idea to bring something interesting to the table.

Horrible experience. It’s Arby’s, not rocket science. Not sure how you get an extremely basic order for 2 so very wrong. The food was good, service was poor. Not sure how you mix up sprite and coke! I feel like that should be taught day 1 of training. Also, guy was speaking very quietly, and we could barely hear him. Told him we couldn’t hear him and he didn’t speak up still. Awkward!!! Won’t be back!

So I used to eat and buy food at this Arby’s regularly. First time visiting in two years. Sorry I went back. Wanted to try their new strawberry lemonade. Ordered a large online. Went to pick up at drive thru and they told me they had no order for my drink. Told them my card had been charged and I had an email verification. Finally they somehow found the order. Picked up my drink and it clearly was a small cup they gave me. $3.59 plus tax for a small drink. Just wonderful. Needless to say I am not going back.

Update: To make matters worse, the owner replies to all comments with a link. Which you cannot copy or click. Maybe that’s by design because they really don’t want feedback.

Manager was on top of everything (in a good way!), service was impeccably fast, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The guy who made my shake today did a great job and everyone was super friendly!
Edit: had to come back to say this… don’t come at night unless you want terrible service
