Lydia and Myah make each visit very pleasant they are spot on they are quick and when available they make conversation and they are always super polite and make this location spot on a must have stop to any place in the area and they are why I would highly recommend this location

Don’t order a bagel. They won’t toast it and they’ll put an entire brick of cream cheese so your bagel is not only freezing but not toasted. They are rude. Slow. Burnt coffee. If I could I would give zero stars because I’ve given this place so many tries and each time is worse than the first. Ask for double toasted and you’ll get 1/2 of the bagel toasted the other half loaded right to the top with enough cream cheese for 5 bagels. I feel bad for the employees because it’s lack of management. They have no one to teach them. And it’s my own fault because everyone that lives in town Madison has said not to go there just skip right to Norge Walker Skowhegan because it is that bad but you would just think maybe they’re having a bad day next time will be better but no it’s every time and even if you go in and complain and have some thing remade the remake is worse than the original. I’m not trying to be a Karen but this place really needs some help. I’m from Waterville so I used to get Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and it was never gross so for anyone coming here to leave a bad review or just a read the reviews take the trip to Waterville on Main Street you won’t be disappointed.

I’m currently pregnant so I have pregnancy brain I messed up my order and instead of just letting it be they were screaming she doesn’t have enough money for it screaming it was a mixup and then said no she just doesn’t have the money for it over and over again. Maybe I’m just sensitive right now but I don’t think so. It’s how they should’ve handled the situation. Also ordered the wrong thing because I felt like I was rushed.

It was very early in the morning, and the two women working were happy and greeted us with a smile. I would have to say they must’ve had a good dose of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and had a smile on their face as a result because it sure helped our morning.

Grabbing coffee at Dunkin’ can be a bit of a gamble sometimes — we’ve all had those moments with wrong orders or drinks that just don’t taste right. I’ve had a few of those myself, even after bouncing around to different locations trying to find some consistency.
Lately, though, I’ve had a much better experience at the Madison Dunkin’. Whenever Krista or Pam is on shift, my coffee is spot-on every single time. I don’t order anything wild — just a straightforward coffee — but even simple orders can get messed up, and they always get it right.
Everyone’s experience will vary, especially if your order has a bunch of flavor shots and extras, but personally, I’ve been happy enough to keep coming back. Shoutout to Krista and Pam for making it worth the stop!
