Social Profile:

Mochi donut is a donut that originated from Hawaii which is a combination of American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. Mochinut is gaining popularity owing to its unique shape and wonderful texture; light crispy coating with a soft chewy inside. Mochi Donuts are made with rice flour. The rice flour makes Mochi Donuts stretchy and chewy. There is a sticky addictiveness to each bite, a textural element that is completely different from yeast or cake donuts. Mochinut is receiving attention from people for its unique shape which is made of a connected circle of 8 dough balls.

Mochinut is seriously one of my favorite dessert spots! Their mochi donuts are perfectly chewy on the inside with a light, crispy outside — totally different from any regular donut. Every flavor tastes amazing, especially the ube and matcha! The drinks are super refreshing too, and everything always looks Instagram-worthy. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the vibe is just fun and welcoming. If you haven’t tried Mochinut yet, you’re missing out — it’s the perfect treat for any day!

✨ Sweet Bliss at Mochinut – Grand Prairie, TX (Asian Times Square)

If happiness had a flavor, it would be a box of donuts from Mochinut at Asian Times Square! I stopped by recently, and WOW—these were hands-down the best donuts I’ve ever had. No exaggeration.

The variety was amazing, with so many fun and unique flavors to choose from. Each donut had that perfect chewy texture and just the right amount of sweetness—sweet but not too sweet. It was like a flavor adventure in every bite! I chose a variety box and had the Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Mint, Churro, Strawberry funnel, and Strawberry.

And let’s talk about the drinks—SO good! I had the Peach Mango with mango poppin pearls.
It was refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect pairing for the donuts. I drank it too fast to get a picture of it.

The shop itself has a fun, upbeat vibe, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Whether you’re a mochi donut fan or just curious, this place is a must-visit as it is situated in a food court with other Asian fav options.

The Jasmine Milk Tea was perfect, I didn’t expect them to absolutely surprise me with it since they aren’t just a Tea place. The tea was clearly steeped correctly and not overdone, with the result being that, it tasted fresh and the Jasmine flavor was very prominent. The creaminess of the milk was also very prevent and I adored how it paired with the perfect Jasmine flavor.

I would come back again, just for their Jasmine Milk Tea.

The donuts are awesome!! They are simple and made fresh to order. They have several flavors to choose from. I think the pricing for 3 is a little high in my opinion. Overall, I will go back for sure. Great location too.

Located inside Asia Times Square. I had plenty of mochi donuts before, but I loved that they made theirs fresh when we ordered. They were also selling tanghulu for $5. I love these and hope that they consider keeping it on the menu and adding tangerine to it.
