In a world where the sit down cafe shop model is fading there is a gem in Elk River. An energy of the staff making drinks and banter with guests, food made promptly despite a busy atmosphere. A refreshing experience can be found at this location , at least during my visit it was. Thank you for the espresso and Philly burrito.

Best coffee shop hands down. I don’t think I have ever been to a café where the employees know not only the names of all their regular customers, but also their entire family. Even if they don’t know you, they still treat you like you are a long lost friend. If you are anything but happy, just walk in here and within five minutes you’ll feel like everything is right with the world. Oh, and the coffee is great, food is amazing. I recommend any of the breakfast items or the grilled cheese sandwich.

Dunno bros is always a special treat when I come back to the Midwest. But the Elk River location stands out as being exceptional amongst them. The staff are nothing short of amazing, the food is not even compatible to other coffee shops it’s restaurant quality, and the in-store roasted coffee is the best coffee I have had.

I drive 30 miles bypassing caribou and Starbucks to come here, and it is 100% worth the commute, this place is nothing short of amazing.

Fantastic visit to this location!! I’m from the Twin Cities and was in Elk River for work, and Layla (hope I spelled her name right) was the epitome of top-quality customer service!! So cheerful, so helpful, great smile, and kicked me out in absolutely the nicest way possible when I didn’t realize that they closed at 5:00. Great job Layla and Dunn Brothers!!
