Nice cool place lots of flavors to choose from too! The kids were very nice and helpful too. Had cool trains going around the to of the place.. Cool booths too! price was good BUT when you get a scoop.. That’s what you get just a little scoop! We do ice cream a LOT usually get a bigger portion than you do here!

If you’re visiting anywhere near Chesterton, then I will say Dog Days is a must-stop. The flavors were fantastic and the helpings were generous. Honestly, though, the best part were the staff. I never caught their names, sadly, but the young people behind the counter were incredibly helpful in picking our options as well as giving recommendations of local spots to check out.

If you are visiting Chesterton or the Sand Dunes this is a must stop! The electric watermelon ice cream was amazing! They had so many flavors to choose from, and everybody working was very friendly. Prices are super reasonable too.

Excellent service and great and fun atmosphere also many flavors to choose from, awesome milkshakes we choose blueberry cheesecake one, very creamy thanks. We came from Illinois, and we had a great experience visiting places like this one.

Friendly Staff! Fantastic ice cream flavors. Prices are very reasonable. This charming place is situated in the perfect little down town area. There is a nice park near by to enjoy your ice cream outside.

Very cool place for ice cream. There is a toy train that circles the dining area near the ceiling. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to serve a lot of guests.

Amazing quality ice cream. Scoops too small and sizes incredibly confusing. Single is actually 2 little scoops and double is 4? But when you ask for double you still get 2 so idk it’s always a small amount
