We love Chicken Shack!! First time at this location and it did NOT disappoint in the least! You have to just get original fingers (no sauce on them), they are perfectly crispy and then you get your favorite dipping sauce on the side (their ranch is the BEST). The fries are the best fries anywhere. Hands down. Lightly battered shoestring fries. I’d drive any distance to have them. We ordered two large fries and they gave us a whole pan of them. We’ll be back when the craving hits again.

I had a fantastic experience here today! A huge shout-out to Jasmine for the incredible service. She was so kind and patient, even letting me sample a few flavors so I could make the perfect choice. I meant to do this review 2 days ago but I got really sick and was in bed with a bad cough, but I remembered and now I’m doing the review. There is a really sweet, really helpful young lady named Jasmine that works the counter and she helped me with my order. I originally went to Wingstop across the street on Blue diamond and when I walked in the girl said ,”but we don’t accept cash just FYI.” They don’t take cash well they don’t get my business, so I said okay and I walked right out lol and I went across the street to Chicken Shack. I’m so glad I did because I really wanted wings and fries, as soon as I walked in this really nice young girl smiles and starts talking to me having a pleasant conversation and she was just so genuinely nice and went above and beyond and I was so happy to meet her, and I really appreciate that because it’s so rare to see that kind of dedication to good help and great service in the food industry. Nowadays, It kind of seems like everyone is just there to get paid and leave but not Jasmine, she seems to really care about the customers and it shows. She is very kind. I don’t ever really write reviews but I totally I need to write this and I’m sorry it’s two or three days late but Jasmine at Chicken shack on Blue diamond is just the most amazing most incredible staff I’ve seen in many years at any restaurant, on the cheaper side or even on the more expensive side. Whoever hired her- good job, she is a valuable asset to your company and I’m sure many other people will see what I’ve experienced. It’s a little bit out of our way but I’ll be sure to go back if I want wings to this location specifically, just because of how that young lady, Jasmine, treated me. She’s amazing. I would write more about it but I’m still not feeling well. Thank you so much Jasmine. The wings were really great! But the service was even better.

Came into the store around 4:45-5pm 1/19
It was my first time. The young man behind the counter was hard to understand. His demeanor was very stoic. A young lady walked up from the back and saved the interaction. She greeted me with a smile and was really kind and patient with the young man. She softly corrected him during the order taking. And was kind in explaining the menu to me. Just writing this review to give her her flowers. In this day and age it was nice to see her correct the young man softly. I’ll definitely be back because of her. At first I wasn’t so sure.

Since the new management took over at The Chicken Shack, the entire experience has improved tremendously. The professionalism and attention to detail are clear from the moment you walk in.
First off, the atmosphere feels more welcoming and organized. Staff are polite, attentive, and actually seem happy to be there, which makes a huge difference in the overall vibe. The restaurant is cleaner, tables are well-maintained, and everything feels a lot more streamlined.
The quality of the food has also gone up noticeably. Orders come out fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. You can tell the new management really cares about consistency and customer satisfaction. Even during busy hours, they handle the rush with efficiency and professionalism.

5 Finger Combo ($13.99) + Chicken Finger Upgrade ($1.99) + Mac & Cheese Side Upgrade ($1.79) + Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce ($0.89): The chicken fingers tasted like they were frozen and came out floppy instead of crispy. The mac & cheese was pretty standard but still better than the chicken.

Received 6 wings, fries, and drink.
They fixed the mistake quick and offered extra stuff but I declined.
The chicken looked soft and soggy.
The flavor was generic with salt trying to cover.
The fry i tried was very soggy.
I won’t be returning but I’m sure there’s people that prefer inadequate food.

The fries are so freaking delicious and the tenders are super juicy! I just moved here and this is officially my favorite spot so far. Huge shoutout to Edwardo for being so helpful thank you for the guidance and the whole team working everyone’s was so friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. Just went here for the first time and we were overly satisfied with the food and service. The young lady at the counter who took our order over the phone and checked us out when we arrived was friendly and professional. This is some of the best chicken my husband and I have ever had no joke. Better than Canes (dare I say….). Big, juicy pieces of chicken. Great tasting sauces and a good variety of them to boot. The garlic fries were crispy and delicious. I got their spicy ranch to pair with them and it really hit the spot. Definitely will return. Especially since there is a location closer to my house! My pictures don’t do it justice but you get an idea.
