Pretty good experience at te amo. I appreciate the organic options for milk in the beverages, and the ability to select your sweetness through a percentage. I find that most places that do not have that option make way too sweet of drinks for my liking. The person in front of me ordered like 10 drinks for their family so it was a bit of a wait for mine. I think it may be good for them to have more than two workers on a busy holiday weekend.

We had a very negative experience at this restaurant. I ordered hot tea and cheesecake, and shortly after consuming the food, I became severely ill and started vomiting. This was an extremely distressing experience and raises serious concerns about food safety and handling.
Given what happened, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The prices are very high, and in my experience, the quality and safety of the food absolutely did not match the cost. The money is simply not worth the risk.

I was on my way to the Art Expo at Navy Pier and saw those cute mochi donuts. So I order the Ube one. It is surprisingly yummy, not very sweet, which makes me feel it is quite healthy Then, on my way back, I ordered the Daltons Coffee Boba tea 50% sugar, not sweet. Boba is very chewy! I love it! I think I also won a prize since the lid shows “one dollar mochi donut”. I will check this out. If it is true, they made my day!

My friend ordered there today around 11:30ish. There was only one worker, so we were patiently waiting for her drink to be made. That drink was never made or received, the people who ordered after her got their drinks and she never did. While I understand that there was only one worker, they should’ve stopped taking orders and prioritize the orders they took before others. From what I could see, it was a long list of order stickers and the worker just kept walking away (likely to gather stuff) and would take a while to come back. My friend couldn’t even demand her money back because she paid in cash and the worker did not give her a receipt as proof of purchase. Plus, the worker disregarded us when we called them after waiting for nearly half an hour. It was a waste of 9 dollars, don’t ever go there unless you want to wait an eternity for a drink you may not even get and they’ll ignore your attempts at a refund. We went again nearly an hour later and the worker was gone.

Such a cute place. Drinks were soo good. I have never been where they dont have anyone working, where you had to order at a kiosk. Not much interaction with staff. They were on their phones while waiting for order. But they were pleasant amd fast with drinks. Really good , a bit expensive for regular everyday but when on a trip its time to try!

Fantastic! You order on a tablet, get the drink or food extremely quickly and can totally customize your own. Mochi donut was okay. Highly recommend the cheese foam. All drinks come in a fun little sealed can and were great!!!

The Brulee Strawberry Organic Milk with Boba was absolutely delicious! The customer service was good and the amountbof ice abd the boba consistency was just right. Not mushy and overcooked. Not hard and undercooked. I consider myself a Boba expert, since I’ve had several Boba teas in Taipei. I definitely will be returning here when I ama in the area. Hopefully, I can find one in my state, close to my home!

I’ve been here a few times and really enjoy their watermelon mango drink — it’s one of my favorites. However, the passion fruit fresh lemon tea wasn’t for me. It was overwhelmingly sweet and sour, making it hard to enjoy. Even though I usually like the flavors of passion fruit and lemon, this combination was just too intense for my taste. I don’t recommend it.

They don’t let you bypass the TIP when you paid at the kiosk. The default tip is around 15%-18% as the lowest. I bought 3 jars of pudding and they charged me tip for just putting it into the bag.
