I’m tried a lot of Haitian places in Orlando. I’m from South Florida so the Haitian food in South Florida is amazing. I was pretty disappointed when I came to Orlando and the Haitian food wasn’t as good but I found this place where the Haitian food mirrors South Florida Haitian food it’s really really good.
They have amazing pate kode and diri Kole. The only thing is that the prices are high there and they promote a lunch special that they don’t do. The lunch specials that is all over the RESTURANT they don’t do it anymore but all the signage is still up. Also the legume isn’t the best.
Another thing that’s annoying is they’re on DoorDash and when you order it on DoorDash you’ll order diri Kole and they’ll ignore it and just give you white rice or Jhon Jhon like they won’t call you and explain they just give you something different than what you actually ordered on DoorDash, which is really annoying
But food is great. I go there about once a week when I’m in town.

I will never order from here again. I’m not exaggerating — it took about an hour from the moment I placed the order until it arrived. They are incredibly inattentive. It even seemed like there wasn’t any staff inside. I will absolutely never order from here again. Others who are considering ordering should keep this in mind. You will be waiting a long time.

The guy that’s at front taking orders was rude to me and didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. I asked for a Haitian Pattie and he was like wait but didn’t even give me a chance to say what I wanted inside the Pattie.
I really thought about leaving right then and there but I didn’t. This guy served everyone there but me. And even the people there started looking at me because they witnessed the bad treatment I received. But I kept my cool still and finally he came out and was like “hey you, li pres (it’s ready)” my dumb self paid for it and left. In my head I was like I wonder what he put inside the patty because he never asked me nor allowed me to even tell him what I needed.
Come to find out; they only put a tiny bit of shredded chicken and eggs in there that’s it. And the patty was horrible! Never again!
That’s why I can’t support my Haitian community! They have the worst customer service ever! And most time their food don’t even be on point.

Omg, where do I start.. traveled from Jacksonville to visit this place. AMAZING!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. Everything from customers service, food, cleanness was just amazing. It was worth the 2 1/2 hrs. I will be back next weekend

I had the pleasure of dining at PLUS CAFE RESTAURANT, and wow what an experience! I ordered the black rice with chicken and plantains, and it was super duper delicious. The rice was perfectly seasoned, the chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the plantains were cooked to perfection crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every bite was a burst of flavor that made me want more.
The service was warm and welcoming, this guy knows how to convince people and Make you feel comfortable and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to everyone I know.

Found this restaurant on Google and thought the reviews were really good so we traveled from Daytona Beach to check it out. They did not disappoint at all! The building was clean on the outside and inside, service was awesome. The food sealed the deal for us, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be back!
