My nickname is Bee and I’m the owner of Bee’s, Thai Food Truck in Vernal, Utah, USA. I’m from the South of Thailand, Nakhonsrithammarat Province. I were staying here since 2016 and really hard to find a real Thai food here that was very bothered me so I have been home cooking to feed my USA family a lot and everyone loves it so why not open a little Thai restaurant to share the real authentic Thai food here. Luckily enough we have been being a very popular and well welcoming from our customers ever since. This is Brent. I love Thai food! Especially exceptional Thai food! There are only a few restaurants in Utah with exceptional Thai food. Bee’s Thai Kitchen in Vernal UT is one of them. The owner / operator (Bee) is making the food. She is a wonderful cook. When I came to her food trailer she remembered me and what I ordered last time I visited. The last time I came to Bee’s Thai Kitchen was three months prior to this visit. You see, I don’t live in Vernal, I come every three months and work for a few days. I don’t look forward going to Vernal to work. I do look forward going to Vernal for Bee’s incredible Thai food! Keep it up Bee!!!

I Love Thai food here it’s authentic and the owner friendly and nice. The price is fair. Don’t be hesitant to try this place! You won’t be disappointed. But I recommend to call in to pick up, will be faster. She there by herself.

The food is amazing! I loved everything I tried, especially the cucumber salad and the chicken satay with peanut sauce.
The truck is clean and orderly, which makes me feel like I’m safe to eat the food prepared there.
My daughter and I are gluten free (celiac), and it’s difficult to find gluten free options that actually taste good. The gluten free food we have eaten from Bee’s has been excellent, and, after letting the owner know I needed gf, she was good about letting me know when something I asked for wasn’t gf. Plus, she is very kind and friendly.
Ordering and eating from Bee’s brightens my day every time.

I’m in the Vernal area for work. I’ve only been here for 3 days and I’ve been to Bee’s twice already. Bee’s food is delicious! It is obvious that quality ingredients are being used in everything. I’ll be back again before I leave the area to try something new.
