Great experience at this Five Guys! The manager was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The service was fast, and the restaurant was very clean. Definitely one of the best Five Guys locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

Went in around 9.30pm on Friday, Dec 19th, 2025, for a dine in dinner. I placed my order and asked for a cup for water. 5 guys always provides free cups for water, in every franchise I’ve been in, including this one in the past. This time, both the person taking the order and the manager in charge said they ‘no longer provide free cups for water’ and the manager said ‘people have to bring their own cups’ to get the free water (bizarre) or they have to ‘pay for soda cups,’ for the price of a soda, even if they’re just getting water. The manager said “this is the instruction they received from corporate. They no longer provide free cups for water and they can’t do anything about it, as it’s corporate policy.” I knew something was off so I cancelled my order and left. We then called other 5 guys including in this area, who confirmed they do provide cups for free water like always. So, obviously there’s not a “corporate policy.”
It is funny that they tried to blame “corporate” for their franchise’s policy. Perhaps each franchise has different rules–and this one maybe wants to be cheap and make us pay for soda cups (even for water) to make money….. Okay, but at least be honest and don’t blame and hide behind poor “corporate.”

Don’t order delivery. The driver will sit behind potters place waiting on another order for 40 min. Your food will arrive cold and Five guys will offer you A free fry on your next in person visit. If you order A Cajun fry they will give you normal. I will not be ordering 5 guys again. $40 for A burger and fries cold!( with delivery cost) then Here’s A fry the next time you waste money here!

Went in to order food, but wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands before getting my food. The bathroom has a code, l was told l have to get my food first ! Ridiculous so l suppose to take my food with me in the bathroom disgusting! I went somewhere else

I often eat at five guys as I’m a student and I’m always in a hurry. Yesterday around 8pm I stopped by with a friend and I requested a water paper cup and the young man in the black t- shirt told me to go drink water from the bathroom after years of being loyal customer of five guys, I’m shocked and very upset that you have employees that have such an attitude and lack of Customer relation training. My guest was very upset about the rude behavior.
