At our Warner Robins, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

My family and I ate here last Sunday. It was very crowded but we drive to this location from Macon because we have had multiple unsatisfactory experiences in Macon and Forsyth locations. We know the food is impeccable at this location so we didn’t mind the wait.
I ordered the 3 piece fish dinner. Everything was cooked perfectly and my meal was delicious! The manager and staff were very friendly and hospitable.
I highly recommend this location and my family and I will definitely eat here again.

SURPRISE! CPT D is on the way up.. no wait, really good hot food. And let’s face it, the burger places ARE CHARGING the same $$prices. So one may as well make it a healthier choice than just burger, and nuggets. The rice, vegetables Salmon a definite much better choice SAME PRICES. Their FAMILY MEAL.. better price, healthier choice, tastier food.

We ordered our meal through their App. I don’t think that the app creators ever use them. Once we went inside the restaurant, pleasantly different story! Service was excellent. Staff was very attentive as we made sure our order was correct. The service down grade to 4 Stars is solely because of the app. We usually get a large combo plate and share it. It makes the cost of dining out a bit more reasonable. All of our meal was hot and tasty. The restaurant exterior and interior is clean and attractive.

I finally decided I wanted a fish sandwich from Captain D’s and when I pulled up there were only a couple cars in line. No problem. I ordered a fish sandwich plain. She asked if I wanted cheese? I responded no, I want it plain. She asked if I wanted just the sandwich or combo? I responded you can make it a combo as long as the fries are hot. I pulled to the window to pay and the car ahead of me was getting ready to pull off so I did not have a long wait. I get to the window and I asked for condiments for my sandwich. She gave my drink and a just a few minutes I had my food. I pulled off and went less than a mile down the street and pulled over to check my food. The sandwich had tarter sauce and lettuce on it…not plain. The fries were lukewarm at best but had something in them I didn’t order…HAIR. I turned around to return the food and pulled to the DT window where the associate asked was the sandwich wrong and I informed her it was and told her about fries and asked for a refund. She apologized and refunded my money

Although the restaurant and drive through were extremely busy, our food was ready pretty quickly. We had the blackened tilapia and seafood Platter. It was all fresh and hot. Staff was still being trained, but everyone was nice. The dining area was very clean and someone was wiping down tables and chairs between customers.

One of the best captain D’s we have ever been to! We always try to find one when we travel, and this is is the best yet! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was so friendly, and it came out quickly! We will remember this location for next time!
