Ordered a bowl of cajun red beans & rice soup and got their famous iced tea for free. The soup was so delicious and comforting in the cold weather and the tea tasted refreshing and I’m happy that it wasn’t too sweet. Tresaun was kind and helped us with the order and took very good care of us. Highly recommend this place for its amazing service and quality.

Jared was extremely helpful with ordering and evening while dining. This was my first time coming here and only see when I’m standing on the bus stop outside. It was def worth it. I had the smokehouse spud and it’s huge! Delicious!

The sweet tea was solid and refreshing. That said, the atmosphere was a plus: relaxed, lively, and a good fit for the downtown scene. Overall, decent food with a great vibe, but the add-on pricing knocks it down a notch

At McAlister’s bread/rolls are bussin. This was my first time at this location. Racheal was sweet and everything was on point. We had the spicy turkey melt and the choose two with the jalapeño turkey crunch and broccoli cheddar soup 🙂

Tiffany at the 500 East Pratt Street is amazing. She checked in on us multiple times, she’s so sweet and down to earth. I got the McAllister club and deeply enjoyed it. Great flavor and texture, I’d definitely get it again.
The only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the potato soup. It was incredibly sour, possibly the green onions were sitting in the soup for too long and affected the taste?? I had my two other friends try it and they both agreed it was less than appetizing.
Overall a good experience, bad soup.
