The edge cafe and bar is a nice little eatery on the river walk! With Overlooks on the busy River Center eateries spent some time reading a book. Hit it during happy hour for apps and drinks – guac was spot on minus the lemon wedge . The drinks were average yet the service was top-notch. They do a breakfast buffet too. Solid spot to check out if you’re in the area .

it’s really not bad for a hotel cafe. i went there twice, one time for an afternoon drink and light food, another time was a takeout for breakfast. food were decent in both times. their $5 margaritas during the happy hour was pretty good, a little too sweet to my taste. love their outdoor seating. you can layback and watch people and/or boats while you eat.

Carlos is the man! Came here daily for breakfast with some colleagues during my business travel. Great Chilaquiles and steak and eggs. Solid spot that’s a nice environment. Awesome service as well. Carlos is one of the best out there and treated us very well. We kept coming back because of how well Carlos treated us.

Had a fantastic brunch here! The steak and eggs were delicious, but I was a bit disappointed with the small steak portion. Unfortunately, my medium-cooked steak came out well done. On the plus side, the waffle with chicken had generous portions and was super tasty. Prices were a bit steep, but overall it was a great experience.

If I could zero stars I would have given them that. Worst experience ever. I ordered a salad and got wilted and rotten leaves in the salad and had to pay $16. I could not even put it in my mouth. I was disgusted by the way it looked. If they didn’t have the fresh leaves they should have told me to order something else. When I showed my server the leaves I got in the salad she said next time order something else. She did not even apologize for what she gave me. Don’t waste your money by going there.

A perfect spot for a great meal! The chicken cutlet and potatoes were delicious, and the orange juice was so refreshing. Enjoying this delicious food right on the water was a highlight of my day.

The location is on the riverwalk, service was attentive…food ok. I ordered the Cuben sandwich and was disappointed. The bread was sandwiches bread not a French roll – the pork was bland and ham had no flavor and fries well let’s say they needed a bit more cooking.

We just visited for a trip. The server, Ines, took care of us so kindly. She’s so sweet and their chips and roasted salsa were great with margaritas on the riverside

This little Cafe on the Riverwalk is fantastic! It isn’t hotel food. It’s delicious! I had the Tortilla soup that was full of chicken with wonderful flavor. My companion and I split an order of guacamole, and I was delightfully surprised by the quantity and quality. My friend has a steak which was reported to be tender and well seasoned. I’ll be back. If you’re in downtown San Antonio, it’s on the Riverwalk at the Hilton Palacio del Rio. Wait staff was also awesome!

One of those delightful places that believes food should be a feast for your eyes, not just fuel for your body. Friendly, professional staff, nice environment with tables overlooking the Riverwalk.
