After a little confusion on my end, the staff went above and beyond to make my drink perfect. I don’t come often, but when I do, the staff is wonderful and accommodating. I really wish 7 brew had an app to order a head of time though. It would be easier on everyone.

NO PRICES ON THE MENU, terrible business practice. You must ask the person taking your order for the individual price on each drink.
The FTC Act declares “Retailers must make the price available in a clear way before the point of sale.” Civil penalties of up to $53,000 per violation. State laws vary – report !
Scooters coffee down the road is so much better and honest with transparency on pricing!
In response to the half cooked response from the owner, every other coffee shop has varying prices upon location and are still able to provide their customers with transparency and a menu upon arrival! A formal report has been submitted to the FTC!

Everytime I go to this location, i’m always greeted by a smile!! My servers name was Julia, and she was the sweetest!! They are super quick, and you don’t sit for longer for 5 minutes!! I definitely recommend!!!

I just got the best coffee f my life Starbucks who I want to personally thank whoever made mine it’s amazing. I got a Italian wedding cake chiller madd with oat milk, usually when I get a large I can’t taste the espresso but this one is amazing now I feel like I didn’t leave a enough tip. The service was amazing had a nice chat.all in all a great experience and again Thank you to the person that made my chiller you are awesome.

I absolutely love 7brew! When it first came to Jacksonville it was so cool and refreshing to have an affordable coffee place that still offered all of the fun drinks combinations I like! The staff always looks so happy even if there’s a long line! You can hear music and them laughing with their coworkers! I went the other day and my coffee was perfect per normal! I got great customer service from Julia and Abby! They had big smiles on their faces the whole time and we talked while I waited for my coffee. 10000% recommend!!
