Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Ordered a latte, and was charged way more ($9). On top of that, the milk was old, tasted sour and the coffee was barely lukewarm.
Filled out the customer feedback form through the app, didn’t hear anything back. Would not recommend this store.
Continued post owner response: the feedback form link does not work and there is no way to actually contact anyone from customer service. The owner’s response is a huge joke and these people have no clue how to run a store.

I was told I was in a “Pay it Forward” chain and my order was paid for. However I was charged twice! Once for my order and for the one behind me. Gal had issues but with this being my first and only experience with the pay it forward chain, I guarantee you it will be my last.
3 phone calls to the store over 3 days. It’s always a no call back and a manager is NEVER on duty or I “just missed” them even though I always asked them when is a manager going to be on duty. Can’t contact through the website either.
Talked to an ex manager and I was informed that she knew years ago that contact method doesn’t work. So the owners response was a JOKE. Correction, the link actually let me submit my info. Going to the website without the link doesn’t work.

The women at the store absolutely amazing every morning. They put a smile on your face whether you’re in the drive-through or coming into the store. If you’re a regular, they make it a point to memorize at least your face if not your drink as well so long as you aren’t somebody like me who switches their drink up every so often. Will continue to come back before work every morning so long as my finances supported but today they killed their drive-through. It was amazing to watch when I got there the drive-through was over full by the time I got done ordering my drinks(which doesn’t take long) they had already went through the whole drive-through line. This team is amazing and I hope they continue to be just that. They need raises after watching all that happen

Always a great experience especially when using the app to pay for your coffee. The people that work here are top notch and even take the time to learn your order. I have yet to have a negative experience from this particular location. They’re located right next to Popeye’s Chicken… oh, the drive thru is a little tight but entirely manageable.

This location use to be my favorite place but the last three times I have gone.. they have not put my orders in correctly or forgetting to add it on when I pull up to the window.. then this morning I ordered an everything bagel sandwich and ended up with the other sandwich they have..

Good tasty coffee but I was disappointed I couldn’t go inside, as only the drive through was open. The turtle latte was delicious. The baristas were okay, though not as friendly as other coffee shops. It’s worth a try.
