I stopped ordering from here because they cannot cut the pizza properly. I went here for years and you’d think they’d fire whoever cuts the pizza but no. I had to buy my own pizza cutter because the pizza would always, 90% of the time, come lazily cut. Also, the pizza itself isn’t even that good lol.

Call to place an order, the girl asks me for my phone number and then tells me that they’re not taking any more orders even though it’s an hour before they actually closed then I asked why did you even get my number them proceeds to hang up on me. This is the worst and most trashiest Pizza Hut. Never ordering from here again.

I made an order online for 2 free pizzas and when I got to pick them up I had to pay for one of them. I showed the order receipt that showed it was $0 thanks to points and an email offer, to no avail. The place seems ok, though, like any Pizza Hut.

Every time I order from this pizza hut they always get my order wrong!! I had ordered 2 sides of fries and was only sent 1. When I called and spoke to a rep he stated that a new worker got it wrong by sending me a large container with the 2 sides of fries inside. I tried to explain that I had a small container and only 1 order of fries. He wouldn’t do anything so I asked to speak with the manager, the phone then hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the manager, who answered the phone. He also tried to explain the same thing and yet again I stated that what I got was not a medium size container it was a small. He was only willing to send me the side of fries if I returned the other, which I did. Never ordering from here again!! they just lost my business. It’s always something with them.

This place is one of the most clean pizza hut I’ve ever have been to. They are located at 9578 SW 137 Ave . There’s two hard working ladies doing an outstanding fabulous job they should really be recognized for their cleanliness and customer service. I highly recommend this pizza hut. I came back today and met the manager if her workers are great so is she great customer service you won’t regret coming here. Clean clean
