Update: After contacting Tim Hortons via Facebook concerning my experience, I was contacted by Tim from the Portsmouth location. He was very concerned about the issues I had during my visit. He was very kind and I could tell he was sincere about making the necessary changes! He even sent me a Tim Hortons gift card, which I received today! The only other restaurant or coffee shop I have ever seen do this before is Starbucks! Tim provided excellent customer service and I will definitely be giving them another chance! If you like stale bread this might be the place for you. Also maybe they should put food in bags. I pull up to the window and they just hand me my food and a ball of napkins. Needs new management.

First time at Tim hortons & waited at the window for 5 minutes, then got parked, while in parking lot person a person got out of their car & threatened me & my family ( including a 1 year old) then manager came out gave us our food then ran his mouth to us then got home & the biscuits were burnt & all meat was very undercooked. First & last time going here.
