I came in shortly after 4:00 Monday October 27th. I had a mobile order and went to the drive thru for it. There was no one in line. Right away the woman sounded annoyed and told me it wasn’t ready yet. I expected a wait, albeit a short one which it was.. the staff aren’t superheroes of course. Despite her annoyed voice I figured it was nothing. Until she made a point to tell me that I have to wait before coming in line next time. I’m sorry but I’m not sitting in the parking lot waiting for my drink to be ready and then entering the empty drive thru line …that’s silly. I wasn’t holding up a line or impeding business. People come in line to order and it takes you exactly as long then as it took you when I ordered my drink online. In fact it’s faster because you didn’t have to enter my order or take payment. There’s no reason I should have to wait.
Anyway, the girl had dark hair, she was very disrespectful, and it really didn’t make me feel comfortable coming back. Respectfully, from someone who has worked in restaurants for 5 years and managed them, (I know how customers can be) she can just leave the job if she hates it so much instead of being rude to a random customer lol. If I did that at any of my jobs with that attitude she had, I’d be written up at the very least. All I can say is what a jerk, and I hope she has a better day tomorrow.

i’m not sure why this has a 3.7 review. this is a great starbucks with friendly staff that are hardworking, without the jacked up city coffee prices of hartford and middletown. This is a great starbucks!

Came here to read the reviews to see if anybody had any similar experience as mine. Appears that a lot of people do. No matter if I place my order five minutes before I get in line or a minute before I get in the drive-through line, I am met with an attitude every single time as if I am inconveniencing them by placing a mobile order and coming through the drive-through. What would be the difference if I ordered through the screen it would be expected to get ready by the time I got to the window anyways, so what is the difference if I place My mobile order a few minutes before I get in line? I frequent this location because it is the most convenient for me however, I am getting very tired of the attitude from the employees acting like I am inconveniencing them and I am not a welcome customer rep replacing an online order. Now mind you, my orders are not large, it is two coffees usually, occasionally a bagel warmed. This location needs to work on better customer service, I’m tired of being made to feel like an inconvenience because I’m spending my money with them

The staff is very friendly, love the clean and new building! It’s a great location for a Starbuck’s although the parking lot does get busy as it shares space with CVS/Jersey Mike’s. The ordering and wait times are very quick! The service is awesome.

I’ve been to this location maybe 5 times since it has opened. This will be the last time. Every single time I come here they make the drink incorrectly.
They’ve given me drinks I’ve never asked for or ordered. They’ve put almond milk in coffees when I ask for oat milk (mind you I’m allergic to almonds)
Just now I got 3 refreshers asked for all 3 to be made with water, of course I get home to try my drink with my family and all 3 of them have lemonade.
Honestly, this place is never consistent. I’d rather get a burnt coffee from Dunkin, at least it’ll be made correctly.

This place is super consistent with drink quality & really great customer service. I went there early this morning and my drink was just slightly off than usual and the cashier (wish I got her name) was so kind ! I usually feel terrible asking for a drink to be fixed but she was so understanding and did not make me terrible about it. I have had a bad experienced elsewhere one time and it stopped me from purchasing for awhile. Just want to say this will be my go-to location because they are always right on point and super quick too.

Service is ok but the lack of attention to mobile orders is astounding. I’ve placed multiples orders through the app for ease of service to have my order be wrong more than once.
Ordered a venti white macadamia cream cold brew with extra foam and extra crunchy toppings. This is what I got melted cold foam and a *sprinkle* of topping.

I’m not fond of the employees that work there they are a bit stuck up and hard to talk to when you want your drink made a specific way. The inconsistency is brutal when they are making my coffee and I feel like there is tension from them to be on the same page. When I feel like I’m on the same page after the order is made i would say thank you and no one ever responded, although I noticed they responded to men who look like they have money.
I don’t like that any Starbucks allows tipping via card reader before you get your items. I fell victim every time when my drink was made wrong and they gave me a hard time. Example I tipped them 3$ and they deliberately ignored making my order for 10 mins, me being the only customer in the lobby to order.
I would say this place is great when you’re not a regular and a dude for
girls to hit on just for the tips.
I won’t go back here I rather drink Dunkin’ Donuts And another local shop for their exotic coffee blend because they have such amazing customers service, less attitude and their coffee isn’t all to bad.
Ps I don’t recommend cookie crumble frape it’s a waste of space in your cup when whip cream is at bottom and top of the drink and it just tastes awful.

Very disappointed. First of all there was no one at the counter to wait on me. Someone was taking a break. It took about 10 minutes to get someone to come to the counter, but I waited patiently for my iced coffee. Unfortunately, when I asked for that, I was told they didn’t have any. Walked out pretty disgusted.
