Suki Hana is another absolute favorite for my family. You can taste the consistency and care in every plate. I always go with the chicken teriyaki and fried rice. The flavor seriously packs a punch and the portions are generous every time. It’s one of those meals that actually fills you up and leaves you satisfied. My kids love eating this stuff, which says everything, and it’s become a regular stop for us whenever we’re at the mall. Always fresh, always flavorful, and always worth it.

The food is decent and it’s always busy here. The portion size provided is above average for the price. Worth visiting.

The main cook is the rudest person I have ever met. So skimpy with extra sauce request….. and how is this extra chicken?

I have been eating their food since they initially opened in the mall 18+ years ago and they have never disappointed. Food is always hot, the entrees are all delicious, and usually a plate with double meat (which is around $13) is usually enough to eat TWICE, and they make great leftovers. I still think by far the best value at the mall’s food court.

The service was fast and efficient. The downside was the food. The sesame chicken was hyper sweet, over cooked to the point of being little rocks and had no sesame seeds. The chicken and broccoli was so salty it was inedible. The fried rice was bland and mushy. The shrimp egg roll was greasy and looked extremely unappealing. Dont know what happened to the quality of food here but it has definitely gone down since I have last visited. Will not return.

Saw my colleague eating beef with broccoli and asked him where he got it. Drove 10 minutes here and ordered the chicken with broccoli & fried rice for $10.50.
Good portion size and the broccoli is quite fresh. The quality is better than I expected for Chinese fast food. Don’t expect authenticity.
Pretty busy but the line moves quickly as they have a staff jotting down your order on the take out container once you hop on line. Smart move
I’m happy with the meal and would come again to try the chicken teriyaki.

This is one of those places that you are willing to be yelled at to get tasty food. The guys on the grill is always busy, so they get bad attitude. So make sure you know what you get, and stay nearby watch carefully after they put meat in you boxes. Because if you ask them anything, they will have no answer but attitude for you. Nice teriyaki

I get suki hana a few times per year and usually have a good experience. It’s pretty solid for the price and typically one of the best places for food at the food court. Unfortunately, I will never eat here or at pretty much any food court restaurant again. I ordered the number three shrimp teriyaki with noodles and steamed veggies a couple hours ago, had a bit, then stored the rest in the fridge. Just now I’m finishing my leftovers and almost went for a bite until I saw this. I’m so grossed out. If you’re seeing this and got noodles on Monday October 21 2024, praying for you.

Food is a hit and miss most times !
You never know if the box is gonna be good or not .
The teriyaki chicken is good but they are real miserly about the teriyaki sauce .
Fried rice always is good and fresh .
The spicy chicken off late has been a tad greasy but tastes good !
The noodles are good but very greasy as well !
Service is always fast !

“Hit & Miss”
Sometimes it’s outstanding and sometimes it’s mediocre, but for the most part it’s the best bang for your buck at Christiana Mall. Besides of course The cheesecake factory and you have chickFila next to it.
I could have squeezed another Half of start out of this review, but the food is “hit and miss” . One minute the chicken is nicely chopped and grilled and the next minute I wish I went somewhere else.
Now it’s “hit and miss” in between forks of food as I’m eating it….
I probably give them a little break, which in turn will lower my expectations if I’m super hungry and in a rush.
