I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. My drink had spoiled creamer or milk, and when I requested a replacement, they just refilled it with ice. I feel like I wasted my money, and this experience was frustrating. This location really needs to do better.

this starbucks is the best in the whole city. all of the workers here are fun and interesting to talk to. this starbucks is the only one that knows how to correctly make my drink, and has the only workers that help me when i need it. the fun banter between the workers is always fun to listen to.

Not only was he quick to assist me, but when I went to pay? My card was declined (very embarrassing as we all know), this young man took it upon himself to cover my order and continued to make sure I was taken care of while waiting. I work in healthcare mind you, so that act of courage meant more to me than he knows!

Order a late and never receive the drink had to leave without my order. It doesn’t take 2 people to make 1 drink. There was 3 employees making drinks only 1 was doing her job the other 2 was just taking there time and not focusing on there orders. Very unprofessional will never get coffee or drinks here again

Firstly, I worked at Starbucks for years so I know they got y’all messed up when you go in here. I watched the lady that got her drink before me have an issue too.. one that could’ve been easily resolved by a simple action by the barista. Then I stood there for 20 minutes after having ordered in advance on the app to not be acknowledged once while standing there then had to argue with them about the fact that I did in fact, put an order in at this location and I have proof on the app. That I had to show them the drink recipe and they still got it wrong, my coffee is gross and my time was wasted. Terrible service, terrible experience. Do not recommend. Quite literally any other Starbucks.

Today I went to exchange a coffee that was bought for staff by a Rep, however, it was sitting for a while to get picked up. I waited twenty minutes and walked out. Had to wait over 20 minutes. They need to do better.
