I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco, but the amount of meat inside was very disappointing it was barely filled. Also, every time I visit, the place feels a bit messy and not well organized. However, the staff are always friendly.

As always the best place to get your taco fix, traditional Taco Bell favorites with some new choices on the menu. Inside has the automated ordering so you can customize every item to your liking. Taco Bell has embraced technology and though that may not be for everyone, you can still get a person at the drive through should you desire. This location is clean and likely under a new manager recently. Bathroom was clean, food was delicious. So go grab your tacos !

Night shift employee was horrible , he was completely annoyed while taking my order at 2:40 then closed the window after charging and started screaming “ it’s 2:45 AM dog”. They close at 3am. Once I got to the house , every taco and burrito were completely empty!! If you can’t handle working at a fast food restaurant then maybe don’t ? . .

If you go in, they will make your food correctly. Unfortunately, if you Door Dash or go through the drive-through, chances are high your food will have minimal ingredients, or it will be wrong. I paid $7 dollars for a black bean crunch wrap. I asked for no nacho cheese sauce and actual cheese as a substitute. I was charged .75 cents for the cheese and didn’t receive it. On top of that, I had almost no food in the crunch wrap! All too often, if you order something differently than the item directly off the menu, this store can NOT seem to make it. They will charge you for it, but they will not put it together. If it isn’t pre-made and sitting on a warmer, who knows what you will end up with.

This store has let me down multiple times. I only had a slight amount of black bean juice in my item and a sprinkle of other ingredients. I ended up eating tortilla inside tortilla flavored with sour cream. For $7? Crazy. Also, my fries had been fried more than once, and they were slimy, soggy, and tasted like old frying oil. The rest of my items were haphazard and falling apart. None of them were special, but all of them were sloppy and soggy. Most items were broken and should have been eaten with a plate and fork.

I am very disappointed in this location. It seems to be going downhill and getting worse.

Pull up at 12:30 and they said that they were out of beef so I said OK give me chicken and they charge me extra which personally I feel it should’ve been free considering the fact they don’t have that’s how most places operate. Anyways, I’ll wait over 30 minutes for my food While people are hopping out of their cars drunk and then they have cook hanging outside, not cooking and I don’t know what to call this Sure isn’t a Mexican pizza. Also ordered the number 11 that didn’t come with any of the standard sauce. paid almost $20 And they have probably six people working if not more this makes no sense

Picked up my order at 545 on feb 21. My order total was 35$. 3 cravings boxes and a quesadilla. Both of my crunch wraps were thin and flimsy. Looks like someone was lazy and threw a crunchy taco in the middle, folded it up and called it a day. I also paid extra for nacho cheese in my quesadilla and that was left out too. This is just plain laziness come on. Order 949272

This Taco Bell gives you a mandatory low calorie version of ever item. Sometimes the item, today, a Gordita Crunch, looked and tasted like it’s been sitting in a warmer for hours and is inedible. It’s been 5 months since I last ate here and I can say, it’s very consistent, that is, terrible. This franchise needs an intervention.

TLDR: Seems like Kids hang around here and the staff makes it an unsafe environment by instigating fights with customers.

I came in to get food on Monday 12/22/25 around 7PM and when I walked into the store there were two groups of teenagers leaving and two inside. The kids were respectful and kept to themselves and the food was average for a Taco Bell and nothing seemed off. Until a door dash driver came in asking for an order. he didn’t wait very long before getting helped and then someone went to the back to get the food. they came back maybe 2 minutes later and said “were not ignoring you the food just finished and we’re packing it up” I don’t know how it escalated but suddenly the door dash driver and a young black woman who worked for Taco bell (Lady A) were arguing. Lady A was being respectful and the door dash driver was being needlessly irate (in my opinion) and he said “I’m busy but I’m coming back to talk to your manager. let him know I’m coming back” so the Dasher left and Lady A went to the back and next thing I know A Middle Age White guy with a bandana on his head claiming to be the manager runs to the front screaming things like “if he wants to confront me let him. where is he” and then for the next 5 minutes the manager , Lady A and Lady B (a older white lady who was on the phone and also worked for Taco Bell) were running back and front through the front door trying to find the Dasher and his car. when the manager came back inside he went to the back and for the next 10 minutes screamed things like “Let him come I’ll fight him” “I’ve been waiting for an excuse to fight” “I’ll take out my earrings and let down my hair to fight I don’t care”. This obviously made us really uncomfortable because we just wanted to eat and now we’re worried about getting wrapped up in some unhinged persons altercation. who by the way claimed to be the manager the whole time. what a great example. this is extremely dangerous no only for the staff, but for the customers and the kids who seems to come hang out here all the time. I went from eating a meal in peace to scarfing it down worried that someone was going to run it back on us for just being in the area. don’t let your kids come here and don’t come here at night. clearly the night shift manager doesn’t care or take his job seriously as the manager.

I have no idea what this Taco Bell location is like during the day, but from 8: 00pm to when they close. This location is always hella slow. And their employees always look super depressed.

The Taco Bell on 4th Street is 10 times better. I’m not sure how but they always seem happier. I can only imagine it’s something to do with their management.

They rarely get orders right. Add sour cream doesn’t mean a supreme taco. If a burrito is grilled, it should be grilled. The tortillas and taco shells are stale half the time. The soda tastes like seltzer. The food should be fresh and good, and made correctly. If I order it, I should receive it. This taco bell has been the worse one in town since the day it opened.
