I swung through the drive-thru at Black Rifle Coffee in Killeen and left pretty impressed. The service was quick and friendly—staff greeted me with energy even though it was early in the morning. The menu boards are easy to read, and the line moved fast, which I appreciated since this spot can get busy.
The coffee itself is the highlight here. I ordered a hot medium roast and it was everything I wanted—rich, strong, and smooth without being bitter. It has that bold flavor that actually tastes like coffee and not watered-down syrup, which makes it stand out compared to some of the bigger chains. If you’re after a caffeine kick that delivers, this is the place.
On the flip side, the food doesn’t quite match the coffee. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich out of curiosity, and like many other coffee shops, it was clearly microwaved. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about—more of a backup option if you’re starving and need something quick to go with your drink.
What I did like, though, was the atmosphere, even just from the drive-thru. The military-inspired branding is everywhere, and it gives off a unique vibe that feels different from the cookie-cutter coffee shops we’re used to. You can tell they put pride into their identity and product.
All in all, the coffee here makes it worth coming back, whether you go inside or stick to the drive-thru. Skip the sandwiches, grab a bold brew, and you’ll leave satisfied

This is by far my favorite Black Rifle Coffee Company location. In an area where there are a few within driving distance, I would drive out of the way to see the wonderful people at this location. The team they have works well together, they are always happy to see customers, and they are beyond friendly. I can’t say enough about this team and how tremendous they truly are. Thank you for what you do and thank you for providing better coffee and service than Starbucks! You guys rock!

They know coffee. They have a huge selection of coffee on the shelf and other products. Makes great gifts for coffee lovers. Owned by veterans and run by veterans. Very nice ppl and even helped me carry out my bags to the truck. The man that was helping me took the time to listen which is rare now and is a retired vet. Thank you for your service, sir.

Amazing shop, very friendly people with lots of options on coffee to pick. Really like their motto and what they stand and support. Good choices on food and beverages. The space is comfortable and definitely a place you can sit for a meeting, study, or simply have a catch up conversation. Want some shirts? They have that too. Need a survival kit? No worries, they can help you out! Prices are reasonable and coffee taste good. Definitely a must try.

This is a new Black Rifle Coffee in Killeen Texas. I went in this morning for a fresh cup of coffee and my only regret is now I may have to budget every week for coffee. I’m not an avid coffee drinker but that was a great cup of coffee. The staff was very courteous and professional and I just love the military theme that they have throughout the store and branded merchandise for sale as well!! You have my business!!!!

Always love BRCC. First time visiting this location. It was pretty empty, which was welcomed. Allowed me to browse and check out the merchandise at this location. Not a lot to offer, but my husband dound a shirt and some srickers. All of our drinks were good. I tried the seasonal drangonfruit drink, and that was so good!! I will say this location is different in many ways but still spot on for customer service and drinks!

Great experience at Black Rifle Coffee Company! The staff was welcoming and provided great service. The coffee flavors are unique, some a little unusual, but definitely interesting to try. The French toast muffin was a standout, absolutely delicious. They also offer a discount to the military, thank you for your service . Overall, a good spot if you’re looking for something a bit different from the usual coffee shop.

Amazing as usual, coffee was caffeinated AF, facility was clean, and loaded with Black Rifle merchandise, and plenty of seating. Staff was friendly, shelves were well stocked and the atmosphere was as expected, American AF! I purchased a Santa’s Salted Carmel with whip and the hub’s enjoyed a yippee-ki-yay with whip. You can actual taste the coffee not just the sugary add ins which is great when needing a caffeinated pick-me-up, it’s an exceptional change from your average coffee shop. Quality coffee sourced responsibly, don’t forget the eats. I picked up a peppermint brownie. Stop by and enjoy the new location with seasonal favorites. Happy travels-A
