can be a bit of a hit or miss depending on who’s working some of the staff are very kind and do correct portions while others skimp out. It’s risky to order online as I’ve had experience with much smaller portions than I paid for. tables can also be a bit dirty, but I can understand when it’s busy.

Tell me how this is possible, I ordered a bowl on the chipotle app with extra white rice and honey chipotle chicken along with other things. Not only was there not a grain of rice in the bowl, it was steak as the protein. I’ve never had an experience like this.

Although unacceptable I can maybe understand why at 8pm it could look like this. But 3:30 in the afternoon!! This is not appetizing at all. Old, dirty food containers for the incoming dinner rush. Who’s managing this place????? Sadly it’s not the first time! This place needs some oversight. Don’t bother calling customer service they just read from a prompt no matter what you say! Their portions are terrible. I’ve been to other chipotles and they give a decent amount of protein, but here it’s just sad. They had me like 5 pieces and that’s it. Terrible experience and I’ll be going to other chipotles because what is this.

Meh. I just reminded myself why I dont go to Chipotle. This location food stinks.
Steak was full of fat and chewy. Rice was mushy… The veggie onions peppers was unbelievably spicy. Whomever was prepping their food doesn’t know what they are doing.
I will give them this, they are very friendly and quick. Never expected gourmet eating at this place, but the one time I decided to the food was horrible. Sorry not sorry never giving Chipotle another try. Yuck.

ordered a bowl with extra steak & regular honey chicken through uber eats and received this. $22 dollars. hardly write reviews, but this is unbelievable

The staff worked extremely quickly and were so friendly. The portions were amazing! Best we’ve ever received at any location. And so fresh. The restaurant was very clean and cool (appreciated in the summer). We came at 9pm on a Sunday (7/6/25). The staff working deserve praise! Best chipotle location we’ve ever been to.

A very nice and clean place in a brand new developed shopping plaza (the newest buying g development area in the Bergen county).
I highly recommend this place and definitely will be back to revisit.
