So I’m giving this place a four because my waitress was super friendly and when I had a problem with the order the store manager handled it with white gloves. Surprisingly the food was good although the portion received for the grits was not satisfactory. This is a super improvement. Whoever is responsible for the changes thank you. I will gladly return and I hope the community will join me. Great job Huddle House.

This was an online order And I went to get the food however the lady said it never came through . I never experience this . The lady there was panicking because she was the only lady there . I know she was lieing because I always order there and never had a problem . I ask her when will the next person come in she said 5:30 well it was 6:20 .So no food no money either . Enjoyed visiting my friend during breakfast . My hot food and my coffee was refilled often without ever having to ask . It felt like Sitcom Cheers or Friends where waitress know their customers by name . I plan to go back .

The waitress was great very well mannered. Took the time to explain the promotion to where if you download the app you can recieve a free appetizer. She checked on us and made sure we were ok. When it was time to pay the bill is where the issues came. Our waitress told a different waitress who was trying to help about the promotion and she still rung it up wrong and we ended up having to pay for the promotion food. Someone else came to assit and after 20 mins confusion was still in the air. Not to mention my chicken tenders didn’t taste well at all I don’t know if the chicken was old or wasn’t fried right not sure but basic chicken tenders were gross. Meat or batter wasn’t quality at all.

Fantastic breakfast this morning at The Huddle House. I’ve been coming to this location for 35 years and it never disappoints. Always a great meal, attentive and friendly service, and a nostalgic vibe that can’t help but make you feel at home. First time with Layla serving me and she was on point with making sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask and was quick with refills and clearing plates. Don’t pass this old school spot by, it can’t be beat for a solid breakfast.
