Little to no employees working, ordered pizza ahead a time and had to wait an additional 12 minutes wasting my 30 minute break to pick it up. Said it was on the pizza portal but when I arrived it was empty. When got the pizza the “pretzel crust” was just a normal crust with salt added on it. Wasted my time and money

Pizza was alright, other little ceasars places might be better than this, crazy breadsticks were somewhat cold, and uneven. Crazy puffs were dry and tomato sause was completely un-eatable tasted horrible. They might have given me a very old tomato sause. Unprofessional!!!

So I purchased the Pepperoni Extra Most Best pizza and I feel leaving one quarter of the pizza or more without toppings or cheese is not acceptable! It’s definitely not the extra most best pizza I’ve ever had or even close! If I pay extra for more I expect to get it! Please do better Little Caesars. With that said the pizza did taste good.

Really bad service when they messed up my order. I ask for the manager. They keeped telling me he’s not here he’s at lunch. I called again they said the manager is at a meeting. I asked for the employee names they said they couldn’t give me the name due to privacy extremely bad customer service I will never go again. When I asked for a refund the employee got very upset throw my receip on the floor. I can’t seem to get a hold on anybody regarding this issue I had today I called twice today to speak to a manager.

The manager threw her hands at me “signaling are you dumb”. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt bad for the cashier who has to deal with this type of abuse. The horrible employee is a girl who wears too much makeup and had her hair all over the place. The reason she called us dummy was because the screen to charge my debit card was frozen.
If this was a professional job she would be fired. If I were the cashier I would sue this place for emotional distress and walk away with $$$. He made it seem that it was normal for her to be that way after she walked away.

Everytime i go and try and get the $10 deep dish pizza they tell me No, it’s always a different excuse. I’ve got like 7 times and all those times they tell me no. Why even have it on the menu? Take it off. Sometimes I get an attitude others the employee is nice, but the end result is always the same. I never get my deep dish pizza. I honestly think they’re just lazy and don’t want to make it
