Hands down the best Mexican food in the low country. This place is a hidden gem to say the least. Great and friendly atmosphere to come eat lunch or dinner and very reasonably priced! The food was all fresh and made right when I ordered it. Joel was great and made everything to perfection, definitely my go to lunch spot!

I absolutely love the food at Barberitos!! You can get burritos, then any ingredients they have on top of rice, nachos, or salad! Always fresh, same serving style as Moe’s but Barberitos always has plenty of fresh ingredients. Only negative is we don’t have one in Summerville!!

Props to the woman working this evening (redheaded young woman). She had a line building behind a family that was taking longer than usual; but she was able to engage them in conversation and not let the pressure foil her. She may have been running low on ingredients (it’s 730 after a Friday service-stuff’s gonna be out duh) but certainly not out of poise and customer service. Oh, my steak chicken bowl was on the money

Please add perforations to the bag so that it folds into a plate for my nacho droplet meal. Eventually the to-go meal becomes a dine in meal somewhere. I typically choose the Jeep next to a four legged friend who adores the chips.

Never have had a bad experience from this place. They have so much more on the menu than Moe’s. They are playing it safe, outdoor seating only like 3-5 tables but carryout is available and doordash is also available for this place. I came from Summerville to eat here… And will do it many more times. I’ll be bringing gal back here too, sent her pictures and she wanted me to bring get something….. … So if your in the area and want something quick and really good then come by this place and check it out.

This 5 star review is purely for May – who was working the restaurant solo tonight. Her coworker called out and she had to run the entire restaurant herself. The line started to pile up after we came in and she knocked it out with a joyful smile. Kudos to you May. You had a great attitude and we really appreciate you.
