I’ll start by saying that I am not a big fan of Starbucks for many reasons except my wife loves coffee and loves Starbucks. This means that I find myself going to Starbucks with her bur not often enough and usually at different locations whether locally, within the State and even outsidethe State.

I have noticed the customer service disappearing but even then, I haven’t complained. Some locations just like any other chain place, are better or worse than others. Again I haven’t complained but this time, I had no choice but to complain.

This location is down my street so we tend to stop more often than other locations. Sometimes I get something and sometimes I don’t. It is close to us and we stop while out walking our dogs.

Aweek ago, we stopped on a Friday morning. I don’t know if it’s always this busy but it was super busy. Tons of people walking up to the window presumably with mobile orders. They walked up, picked up and left. In the drive-thru, car after car got in-line, ordered, got their order and left. We on the other hand, order a hot chocolate that took about 10-15 min before we got it, while everyone got their orders with minimal wait. I guarantee not everyone ordered ahead of us. We didn’t even get a “we’re sorry for the wait” or “appreciate your patience”.

If you’re not going to prioritize your walk up people who order at the window whom most likely than not, live close by and come often, then don’t offer the service.

There is another one on the opposite side, a little further but we walk that far so it is just a matter of us walking the opposite direction. Maybe we’ll go visit the coffee place across from us that has better coffee, service and maybe equally if not slightly higher prices.

Crazy location and a drive thru that is a bit challenging but if you want that coffee bad enough you can try it. Personally I do the walk up window. It’s much easier and faster than the drive thru. Service is great, staff is friendly and you know what you are getting. It’s Starbucks.

This is the second Starbucks I have ordered from tonight I walked in instead of doing the drive-thru explain to them what happened at the other Starbucks not too far from this location and the barista actually gave me a free drink and told me not to worry about what I experienced I shouldn’t have experience and she felt really bad but she wanted me to leave for you guys so here I am thank you for being very kind and understanding I enjoyed my medicine ball and my free drink

Parking lot and drive thru is crazy. They have a walk up window. Unfortunately the lady and puppy I was with have zero manners and extreme entitlement issues!! She was banging on the window of the walk up (I was mortified), yelling “hello!!” it was visibly clear the employees were helping other people inside. I was very impressed how the employees handled her with the same joy and happiness they would anyone else!! Well done to them!!!

I order at this Starbucks every single day since I work at a dealership right down the road. After ordering a drink earlier in the day, I came back to see if I could just get a glass of ice water. They told me that I needed to order something to be able to get a cup of water. I come here every single day… And I can’t get a glass of water without purchasing something else? This place is a freaking joke. I’ll start going somewhere else, coffee bean doesn’t give me such a hassle.

On hot days staff inattentive at the service window (this store is kiosk format) making customers wait in the unshaded area for service. If you need to use restroom they won’t give you the code but will leave the service area, to come open the door with a code they keep hidden (I’m a well dressed in business attire).

This location is outright awful. Been there multiple times and doesn’t matter what I order they just don’t make it right. They don’t even bother to mix the chemicals they sell as natural probably. One time I went back and and return their awful drinks only to face the angry manager giving me the looks like I just want free drinks.

There is an employee named Emily that is always very nice and friendly. Every time I drive thru, she knows my order, she will even recap what I got last time and ask how my co-workers liked the recommendations she made. She builds rapport with her customers and makes them feel like they matter. I am very happy that you guys hired her, there needs to be more Emily’s in world.
