At first, the employee pretended not to hear me and told me to repeat my order “hundreds of times.” I repeated the type of sandwich I wanted at least ten times. She then acted irritated simply because I spoke with an accent. After that, the second employee — the one at the register — looked at me as if I were stupid when I asked for extra jalapeños while she was adding vegetables. When I then asked for lettuce, she suddenly claimed she “couldn’t understand me.” I even pointed directly at the lettuce, and she still insisted, “Say it in English! Say it in English!”
Overall, the behavior of the staff was absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable.

It’s policy for the to count the amount of black olives they give you and limit it to 8 slices per 6 inches. Yet my sub was almost 15 bucks. They have come a long way from the $5 foot longs

I had to contact the manager to complain about employees messing with our food with torn gloves and masks falling off their faces which the masks were replaced without changing gloves or washing hands before touching food. When I tried to mention it quietly, hopefully with no embarrassment to happen for the employees I was rudely disregarded.
