The pizza was fantastic! We got it delivered and it was our first time getting pizza from this place. The delivery was prompt. I do have to say, the titular “Garlic Knot’s” were very lackluster. They were pretty much… dough and a light salt glaze. We tasted no garlic at all and 2 of the 5 knots were burnt on top. I ordered a veggie zone and it was uneven as in half of it was just cheese while the other half was veggies. It was okay but it also arrived soggy. Again, the pizza is great! Everything else? Meh.

The people quoting hour delivery times probably ordered upwards of 3-5 larges with sides in which case YOU DESERVE TO WAIT A LITTLE. Past that, if you order pickup they consistently have it ready in ~25 minutes if your order is moderately sized. Love the people that work here and its a great option if you’re sick of cheap tasting pizza from dominos. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GARLIC KNOT

I think expectations really matter when you review a restaurant… My expectations for Garlic Knot are kinda low… They are, after all, in a convenience store. They always exceed my expectations, though, which is why I keep going back. Of my available choices for take-out or delivery, I always call GK… I’ve never had a problem with drivers or staff in the store. Everyone is friendly and accommodating…

I can’t believe these people are even in business… obviously the owner could care less about the type of food that is going out to his customers. I ordered a Large Pizza, Garlic Knots, and Hot Wings. I got everything COLD!!! I only live 2 minutes away. Plus the Food was disgusting, wings weren’t even cooked, Garlic Knots I wont even comment about. I paid $27 Plus a $5.00 Tip… what a rip off!!! I will never ever order from here again. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY… TRUST ME GO TO THE SHELL DOWN THE ROAD… AT LEAST IT’S SOMEWHAT HOT, AND TASTES LIKE PIZZA!!

Placed a call for delivery just now. The person who answered the phone was rude and short. When I asked to place an order for delivery, she blurted “NUMBER?” I said, “you would like to know my phone number?”, trying to prompt a more polite request. “YEP.” Gave her my number “PAYMENT METHOD?” “I’d like to pay with a credit card.” “NUMBER?” “xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx” “EXPIRATION?” “xx/xx” “CODE?” “xxx”. “IT’LL BE THERE IN 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR.” “Thank you.” “THANKSBYE.”
