Phil’s is a terrific neighborhood bar! Not only is the staff friendly, they have a lot of fun entertainment such as darts, games, slots, touch tunes music, multiple tv’s, they have some of the best tacos, fresh made chips and salsa and delicious wings! Great any time of day, I’ve gone for lunch, drinks after work or late night tacos.

meat..waitress brought food and one drink and NEVER returned once..not once
.I even had to get up to request the check..I will say she was busy BUT the lack of any service was unacceptable.

Stopped in to grab a drink and some dinner. Ordered the tacos based on what we had been told by others, and we were not disappointed! The tortillas were soft corn, but the outer one was fried a bit, so it was slightly crispy and delicious. The meat (steak) was well seasoned and a bit of cheese melted at the bottom rounded it out. We also got the Guacamole and Chips, both of which were made fresh when we ordered…awesome! Guac was well balanced and chips were outstanding. Flaky, crispy, salty, deliciousness. The atmosphere is good, free trivia games, free popcorn, pool tables, and darts. Service was great…the bartender was friendly and attentive, despite it being fairly busy. Overall a great experience and we will be back.

This is a dive bar frequented mostly by regulars. The place has a lot of potential, but the owner doesn’t seem to sink a penny of the profits back into the place. This is evident from the torn bar stools, malfunctioning tvs, disgusting, sewer smelling bathrooms where the urinal doesn’t flush correctly and the floor is always wet….not from being freshly mopped.
The menu is boring and the only decent food that comes out of the kitchen is the steak tacos. They are really good. I do have to compliment the bartenders and the kitchen staff also. They are friendly and attentive.
(*UPDATE 6-2-24 The urinal has been fixed and actually flushes*)
