the other day I bought one of the new pizzas in the form of a pumpkin but I didn’t like the taste very good but with the price that has it was very thin the XL that had made little. only cost 1 dollar more and this better that this I love the people of this place super clean and are very friendly but the pizza nothing to see I didn’t like for anything very expensive for what it is … It was very thin and hard.

Food’s alright, but the service really needs work. I always ask for my pizza to be square cut, and it’s never done right. Last time I brought it up, and they straight-up refused to fix it. On top of that, customer service was pretty bad—employees were outside smoking and just hanging out instead of helping customers. Not a great look.

So I come in here to pick up an order and I tell the girl the name and she comes back and tells me it’s going to be 5 minutes. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked again and someone else points out to her that it’s sitting on the warming rack. So she made up the 5 minutes because she never even looked for the order. Absolutely ridiculous. I worked for Papa John’s for almost 15 years and I know how simple it is to read the names on the labels. Do better!

I was opening the door and I dropped my pizza and they did not have to replace it but they did and I am so grateful for the kindness of these people and she was so nice to me. I was literally crying and she gave me a hug very sweet very respectful. She’s a very nice young lady. ….

Pizza was terrible not even fully covered with sauce or toppings ordered 2 medium 1 topping pizzas and they both where the same way also ordered the cheesesticks and they were basically just bread I will never go back to any papa johns they just don’t care about the customer they have ruined the name totally

I recently ordered from Papa John’s in Fern Creek. I ordered one medium pizza and one garlic butter breadsticks. Upon receiving my order I opened up the breadstick and it lacked any butter or Parmesan garlic. I called the store and the manager wanted to give me a credit but I didn’t want a credit I wanted my food with the quality that I have come to expect. The manger had an issue from the start sending me back my food but he did. The driver showed up and said he needed to see the old product because his manager said that he needed to check it and as the manager had said it would be awhile, I ate 2 of the 10 breadsticks because I was hungry and didn’t know when they would show back up. The driver refused to give me the new food as the manager said the food was fine, and that I ate some. I then drove to the store personally to handle the issue with manager, at which time he refused to take care of my issue and frankly was in some kind of pissing match with me the customer. I left without the quality of food that I have came to expect. I then called back again for the third time to get the main manager email or number and he refused to take my call by telling employees to tell me he was in bathroom. According to papa John’s pledge they will take care of any food for being light on topping or quality issues. This was not done, and frankly I was insulted in an attempt to make me look like a thief of food. The attached pictures are below and this manager should never, and I mean never be in the role of management. Later that night I went to the store to try and get the managers number when this guy wasn’t around and the young man working at that time was willing to take care of me. In addition, on this day I spent over 100 dollars in food from two different stores because, I bought some guys that did some work for me pizza for their shop and yet I got treated this way at my local store.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in years. Decided to get just a basic pepperoni pizza. Man, going to show my age but this pizza tasted exactly how you’d expect a Ninja Turtle pizza to taste or that juicy gooey pizza from the Goofy Movie. Secret is asking for them to top it with extra sauce. I’m drooling now thinking of it.
