I usually like to work at Starbucks. I came to this location because it said it would close at 10pm tonight. As I’m sitting there, they asked me to leave at 7:55 because “they closed at 8pm”. I believe this is very unprofessional and misleading to customers that come here to have a productive work session. I came back to get my car after I went somewhere else and saw the workers leave by 9:30pm. Attached is an image with the current time and the location completely closed.

Today turned out to be a really positive experience! Since it was Sunday, the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru was open. I usually walk everywhere, so at first, I felt a little disappointed thinking I couldn’t order a drink. Later, I noticed the sign saying “drive-thru only on Sundays.” Thankfully, the owner came out and let me know I could still order, and he even brought my drink out so I could enjoy it outside. Both he and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming it really made my day.

We recently moved to Utah, so this is a new Starbucks for me But we have lived in Kirkland, Washington, California, Arizona. They have always grounded our coffee for us, If it is not a Starbucks brand, Coffee, I always buy something because I feel like it’s very disrespectful to the establishment.

So, today I brought in whole bean coffee (not Starbucks brand) I bought something as normal. I was told that they could not grind it because it’s not Starbucks brand. It was a little odd to me, but if that’s their rule, that’s their rule.

I proceed to ask for a refund for the item that I bought as I was only purchasing it because of the beans The barista the window was super nice But the Lady next to her, kept rolling her eyes laughing, and then she proceed to go to what I assume to be a Manager given that she’s wearing a black apron And proceeds to laugh about the situation, right in my face, and Roll their eyes at me.

This to me is Despicable behavior, and having been someone who worked at Starbucks as well Great. Customer service is saying hey we will do it for you this time, but just so you know this location doesn’t do that But the absolute disrespect to set their role, your eyes and laugh. Practically in someone’s face is disgusting behavior.

The barista was either a Golden Burnett/strawberry blonde. I couldn’t really tell because of the lighting She looked in her mid 30s And for her to be going to a Manager or an assistant And them both have this. Disgusting attitude is horrible.

I came here to redeem my birthday drink and for some reason my app never gave me one or emailed me one and I told the girl that it was my birthday today and I have an account and idk why it didn’t give me a coupon code and she kind of was like “oh well, sorry” and didn’t even try to help, figure it out or go get a manager. Kind of disappointed. I went to bath and body works and had the same problem and the lady said “oh girl dont worry we’ll just comp it! Happy birthday!” And was so friendly and helped me with no issue. Wish Starbucks would’ve done the same. The drink was tasty though ONLY reason I’m giving it 2 stars was for the drink. The service was bad.

Every time I have come here, the lady at the drive thru has an attitude. She cuts you off, and gets upset anytime you try to get your order corrected (when it was made wrong in the first place).

This is not the service I usually receive, and it’s disappointing that I am left feeling like a bother. It definitely gives the impression that customers are not worth their time and their satisfaction does not matter. Please do better.

I went this morning to get my niece that is autistic her birthday coffee. But she didn’t show up in their system, even though it was hey birthday. The salesperson and then the manager would not help and shrugged us off.

We decided to go to Dutch Bros. Not only did they give her a free coffee, they didn’t even check.

Sometimes life doesn’t go as planned. Go to Dutch Bros if you want good customer service.

Came in today for a nice sunday coffee with my girlfriend and the coffee was great of course but the employee on the drive through speaker was so rude! She was very rude after she couldnt hear us even though we were speaking very clearly and loud so it clearly wasnt our problem yet she seemed very pissed off I dont know if she was having a bad day but thats just not okay. She was short and abrupt with us and definitely needs some more training on customer service. The guy at the window was great and very nice though! Overall still love this location great starbucks.

I visited Starbucks today and waited over 15 minutes for my drink, which was already frustrating. What made the experience truly unacceptable, however, was the behavior of the staff. The manager and one of the baristas were openly laughing and making fun of customers’ appearances loud enough to be heard. When customers who did not speak English came in, the baristas were extremely rude—rolling their eyes and literally tossing drinks and orders at them.
This was shocking and deeply disappointing to witness, especially in our hometown. That kind of behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely against what Starbucks claims to stand for. If I could give zero stars, I would. What a shame.

I can’t keep wasting my money for bad coffee here.. I have had the same order at Starbucks for a while (Venti Iced Shaken Espresso). At least the last 5 times I’ve ordered here they are serving what tastes like burnt milk. My drink has definitely not had the 4 shots that is normal for a Venti size and if it has, then a gallon of milk is being added in to the point where you can’t even taste the coffee. Not sure if they’re just getting cheap on espresso now or what but definitely disappointing since months ago I couldn’t get enough of this drink.
