We had a very bad experience at Domino’s. When we went to place our order, the employee was extremely rude. We wanted to pay in cash, but they told us they didn’t have change. When my husband asked if they could check with the drivers, the employee refused. He seemed upset about even taking our order, and we felt it was because we are Muslims.
When my husband confronted him about his behavior, the employee said he would cancel our order. He even went as far as threatening my husband, saying that if we didn’t leave, he would trespass us and make sure we could never come back to the store again.

The ladies working on this Saturday morning made some great pizzas. Very busy, but they were trying their best and I appreciate that. Good job!

The worst Dominos i ever entered. The chinese or vietnames guy took half hour to order a pizza. He forgets the toppings. And offered red crushed pepper as topping when it comes free packed in small packages. Then i asked for clean cut and the person making the pizza tells me to tell the chinese guy who forgets and is not the one making the pizza. i wish i made a video of the whole ordeal. They could not tell me what were the specials they had which i knew but they could not tell. I am the only customers here since last 50 minutes. They never told me how long it will take for the pizza to get ready. i stand waiting outside.

Ordered pizza and cinnamon twists. Pizza was perfect, however, I received garlic twists which isn’t what I ordered. Called and store was apologetic and had cinnamon twists immediately sent to my house. When the driver arrived it was simply baked bread with cinnamon and sugar only on the bottom of the container, there was no glaze actually on the twists. Plus, I received Marinara with the cinnamon twists instead of icing.

Ordered via phone. I asked the associate to leave my order at the front door, do not ring the doorbell. She agreed, just for the delivery guy to show up and do exactly that, completely disregarding the instructions on the receipt. He claimed these were new rules and they have to hand it off to the customer now. It seems their team isn’t on the same page. Not only did the associate who took my order agree to this, multiple times after I instructed not to do this, and noted that on the receipt he had, but it’s also still an option online. On top of that, order was incomplete though minor, associate could not apply a coupon or add the tip over the phone, bag was wet, hopefully just water. She added the tip to instructions portion of the receipt because I told her I wouldn’t be able to come to the door. I’m not sure if that could be used as a legal tender which makes me wonder if this was why the driver insisted on handing it off so I could note the tip on the appropriate tip line. Pizza was barely lukewarm despite ordering within the hour. Will avoid this location going forward.

Ordered a veggie pizza to break our fast and found bacon chunks in it. Went back to the store and instead of apologizing or making the order right, the cashier argued over the eaten slice and how the bacon came from their cutter. Rude and unprofessional staff.

The front desk lady was really un polite, she is in the phone, maybe she doesn’t want to work, and this store don’t have crush pepper and Parmesan cheese or something that you ask. Bad experience.

It’s literally the worst. My husband watched the driver drive past our room while waiting outside for it. He never called the number on the order. And I had to call the restaurant to even find out what’s happening with my food. At this point, I don’t even want it. It’s going to be cold from sitting in a car and ice waited 45 mins now.
