The almost best French onion soup. Great smoked turkey sandwich. French fries well done were great. Portions huge. Building is a bit old and rustic. May be good for some folks. Had a “bar” smell first thing and they say they open at 10, no servers for an hour until 11. Shouldn’t say open at 10. Oh well no regrets it was a good choice.

I came in on Valentine’s Day with no expectations …. just hoping for a quick, easy little treat. The bar was empty, so I thought that would mean good service. We were greeted by a gentleman who took our order.
I ordered the appetizer of tenders and fries and asked, if possible, to have the tenders tossed in wing sauce and to upcharge the fries to cheese fries with bacon. I was under the impression that this wasn’t an issue, and I appreciated that my meal initially came out as requested. Unfortunately, the bacon on top of the fries was extremely disappointing. It was burnt, crumb-like pieces, very oily, and had a gritty texture. It honestly smelled off. It seemed like leftover scraps rather than freshly prepared bacon. I would have completely understood if they had simply said they were out of bacon … that would have been far preferable to serving something that didn’t feel edible.I sent the whole meal back and asked for the rest of our meal to be wrapped up to go. My husband’s chili was only lukewarm, but he chose not to say anything further given how disappointing the experience had already been. What added to the frustration was how the situation was handled. The bartender who originally greeted us and dropped off the food never came back to check on the issue. Instead, he sent the female bartender he was working with to finish assisting us. I would understand if his shift wand done but w
He was just in the back and left her take car of us. She was sweet, understanding, and apologetic, and I appreciated her professionalism.
I don’t normally write negative reviews because I understand that mistakes happen. However, the quality of the food. Particularly the bacon and the lack of follow-up from the original bartender really turned what was supposed to be a simple Valentine’s treat into a disappointing experience. It upset me enough to feel the need to share this feedback.
I’ve also added a picture of the napkin I originally started to put the burnt bacon. Once I realized that it was gritty and so greasy I sent it back.

Would not stop here based on the building’s exterior but ventured in based on reviews. So glad we did because food and service were excellent. We had the steak sandwich, Reuben and Philly Cheesesteak. Atmosphere is casual. Our server Joanne was wonderful. Will be back.

Pretty sure I just had one of the top 3 Reuben sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life, not even joking. It’s a Friday night and no shortage of customers here but still the service was fantastic, beer selection was great, my sandwich in particular was A++, and no one in my party had a bad word to say about theirs either. Definitely coming back for more!

Good food, the pastrami was so very good. It has plenty of tables and a nice sized bar. I was treated very well. They had 10 taps and quality booze. Don’t worry about adjusting what you see on the menu.I want to try it again to get a real feel for it.

The food and service were excellent! I ordered the Riley burger, which was so good. The fries were very crispy, had the perfect amount of salt, and were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Tried for the first time tonight. Was hoping for better. I saw the reviews about the great burgers and wings so me and my husband ordered a burger each and wings along with dessert. Wings were good, really liked the teriyaki sauce. I got the southwest turkey burger and my husband got the Riley burger. They were both average burgers. Unfortunately nothing special. I felt the turkey burger had way too much of the ranch. It was drenched in it. The part that got me the most was the dessert. I was flabbergasted when I saw the desserts. Pics are also included in the review so you can see for yourself. The crumb donut with chocolate ice cream was a literal entenmanns donut and the ice cream was prepackaged cups. The brownie was much the same with a prepackaged brownie and prepackaged cup of ice cream. When a business calls themselves a restaurant you would expect a little more effort for dessert. Better off just not offering dessert at all. Not to mention they cost about $7 or &8 bucks each. We will not be returning.

Gone a few times now. Loved it more & more each time. Welcoming bartenders , they treat you really nicely . They have the beers I like on draft . What really surprised me is their food. Mainly the mozzarella sticks & their wings . Amazing!! I highly recommend them with the Riley’s Buffalo sauce . I wish I had them as I’m typing this review they’re so good ! One Of the best wings I’ve ever had. Pretty spacious bar area, they also have darts . It’s a very clean & new looking establishment as well. Overall a great vibe & I plan on this becoming my go to bar as it’s 2 mins down the road from me
