The quality of the food is really inconsistent. Depending on time of day, and I guess who’s working, the food can be incredible (hot, fresh, accurate, plentiful, and delicious), or you can get stuck with a giant waste of money (food’s cold, stale, poorly fulfilled (fries only half-filled, no toppings on Whopper, etc), no napkins, no sauces, inaccurate or missing items).
You never know what you’re going to get, but the real problem is it costs the same either way.

I went before work, waited 40 minutes in drive through..from 2:41-3:21p time order was placed in janjy app to when I finally left and had to ask support to refund since I had to leave while still waiting for food. Told me they could only offer in app deal.
Go to use it today, and store won’t recognize in app credit and when I tried to use in app for pickup instead(their suggestion), it says items not available at this location…2 whoppers and 2 cokes..not available..at bk. Have it your way bk..I won’t be a customer anymore. Fine. I quit.

The staff was nice, but the manager needs to hire people. Every time I go it’s a 30+ minute wait. The inside is randomly closed. I’ve never gotten an order correct, either. People just leaving because it takes to long to give their order. If my son hadn’t wanted it so bad, I would have left too.
Bottom line: at 30 minutes plus, it’s no longer fast food. Hire some staff, and treat them better. I shouldn’t see some poor girl in the back working 4 jobs.

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by any employee. There was only 1 other customer inside and only 3 cars in the drive through. I get it can get busy sometimes, but ignoring customers isn’t acceptable.

My husband brought home food from Burger King for him, myself and our daughter only to find the meat wasn’t even cooked properly… my daughter was saving hers to take to work with her but, it obviously went in the trash after she saw my food….I work in a quick service restaurant myself so I understand being short staffed if this location is short staffed but, I don’t understand getting undercooked food. This is absolutely not okay! BTW….my burger wasn’t dressed correctly either but, that didn’t matter I was hungry and going to eat it anyway until….

I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins, got my order and it was wrong. The dining room of course was closed so I had to wait another 30 mins in the drive thru. Very disappointed. Ordered the bacon king jr which is just Mayo ketchup bacon and cheese.
