Casa Raya isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a celebration of family, flavor, and tradition.
Inspired by the rich culinary roots of La Piedad, Casa Raya was born from a deep love of gathering around the table, sharing stories, and savoring bold, soulful dishes made with care. Our name, Casa Raya, means “Raya’s home” — and that’s exactly how we want you to feel when you walk through our doors: like family.
Every plate we serve is crafted from time-honored recipes, vibrant spices, and locally sourced ingredients, infused with a modern twist. Whether you’re here for our signature dishes or just a cozy evening out, you’ll find warmth, hospitality, and unforgettable flavors in every bite.

What a fun, energizing place to eat! Great atmosphere. Playful and fun. Service was great and the food was delicious. I believe it was the owner that was wandering around the dining room playing the guitar and joking with customers. Such a fun experience. Definitely recommend.

This is such a cute place! I love the atmosphere and the food. The staff is super nice and it’s very clean. The owner’s daughter was our waitress and she’s the sweetest. I recommend their frozen margarita and street style tacos.

Kept hearing good things about this place. Haven’t celebrated my birthday in a few years because I’m not the biggest fan but I caved and was excited to try. The food was okay but they essentially ignored us the entire time. Skipping us to go refill other people’s a drinks, getting people’s checks, talking to them. We didn’t get a single refill, I had to flag down a different server to get us boxes for our food, and after about 20 mins of just sitting there waiting for our check I flagged a guy I assume is the manager down asking for the check and he raised his voice irritated telling me “one second”. He was nicer up front and told us to come back. I will not however be coming back. Happy birthday to me I guess. Appreciate the birthday lunch.

We stopped to get food to my father in the nursing home. This is one thing he will still eat. We all got what we normally do. But it was not even close to what we normally get. No sides with the food that are normally there. The food was dry and very unappealing. We were very disappointed. Your prices are high but the food is worth it. But not tonight. We should have gone to Taco Bell. I also found a hair in my food.

Love the decor in this place! Friendly staff and great service. Their chips and salsa are outstanding. Thin and crisp chips and fresh salsas. The food is wonderful. I had a small margarita (it’s really not small at all), also had the Huarache. Didn’t know what it was but it’s good. Husband had chorizo con pollo which had an amazing flavor. Easy parking.

The food is always delicious. Great selection of tacos, which i love. Only got 1 of my 2 orders of salsa on my to go order which hurts because the containers are small to begin with. But it’s the first time I’ve had an issue with them. Definitely my favorite restaurant in the area though!

We rented the back room for lunch after a family event yesterday, and the meal was fantastic! Sergio, thank you for taking the time to talk to us. It was so nice to speak to someone who loves his craft so much! All the food and drinks were excellent, made with high quality ingredients. We can’t wait to go back.

Our first time trying Casa Raya, we were not disappointed. We were promptly seated, chips and salsa immediately brought to the table. She took our drink order and quickly returned with them. We needed a little more time to look over the menu. She returned to take our food order within a few minutes. I decided on the Raya Fajitas. Food was on our table in about 15 minutes. Everything was as delicious as it looked. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The guacamole had the perfect balance of flavors. We are definitely fans and looking forward to trying other menu items in the near future.
Our “one and only” complaint has nothing to do with the food or the service. We were almost finished with our meal when an overpowering perfume smell took over the area. It turned out someone had lit an incense up by the register. As a person with asthma, some strong smells have the potential to trigger an asthma attack. Fortunately there was not any issue. I will say this was the first time I have experienced a food establishment burning incense.

Nicer than your run of the mill Mexican restaurant.
Chips thin and crispy, salsa has great flavor as does the cheese sauce.
We had seafood enchiladas and chili rellenos, both were really good. Hot and fresh.
Will definitely eat here again.

This is a great place to stop for some tasty Mexican food if you’re in the area. A simple two sided menu that is easy to navigate, there’s not an abundant amount of choices. This tells me they make what they’re good at. Large menus have often been disastrous. I enjoyed this establishment.
