The staff here is friendly and efficient. Even with a long line, the team kept their cool and maintained a positive attitude, which isn’t always easy in a crowded food court.

If you’re looking for a quick bite between shopping stops, this is a solid go-to. Exactly what you expect from Popeyes, hot, crunchy, and seasoned perfectly.

The only real downside is the seating space. I wish they had a slightly larger dedicated area or more tables nearby.

0/10. My chicken sandwich had NO BREADING on 90% of it and I sent it back only to get a chicken sandwich that only had meat on half the bread! Messed up how they shorted me and didn’t put half the meat on my sandwich two times in a row. Extremely disappointed. Avoid going here there’s a ton of other options to eat at in the mall. They scammed me!!! I want my money back!!!!!!!!! Don’t eat here. There are way better options to eat at in Tysons Corner Mall!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Popeyes offered quick service within 5 minutes however the food could have been a little more flavorful in terms of spice and savoriness. In particular the Mac n’ cheese didn’t have that well of a taste outside of burned cheese tops. They also didn’t give us sauces even though indicated on our orders. Over all though an acceptable experience.

Normally when we order from Popeyes we never have any issues. But this store is on a new other level. We ordered online and for the first time in over a long period of time supporting Popeyes we accumulated a lot of points. We wanted to save it for when we really needed it. Going over on how to redeem the points we saw that we at least needed a $12 purchase. And gladly even paid for other fees totaling $23 We did that. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches And for the points we decided to order a 3pc meal each for the 4 of us. The order was placed and they started preparing and said it will be ready in 48mins. Waiting for over an hour I said “Hey, maybe the driver is running late cause it’s rush hour.” And another half hour past, I get a notification that they cancelled our order. It was already 7pm. Wasted our time, had us wait over an hour and a half, and my mom went to work without having dinner. Very unprofessional. If your store does not like coupons or accept rewards. Do say so, and cancel at the very beginning. By this I will no longer support this branch of Popeyes. Very unprofessional people even after calling their store no one answers. If I could give a score lower than 1 stars I would.

My experience at the Popeyes in Tysons Corner was awful. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional from the moment I ordered. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The food quality didn’t make up for it either—everything felt rushed and careless. Overall, this location seriously lacks basic customer service and respect. I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone expecting decent service.

We tried to use our reward points which accumulated around 9,800 points because we love popeyes, point reward can only used by online order, so we it and we order online we used up 4,800 points and we have to order additional and charge us 23.31 it will be take 47 minutes to deliver, we waited for 1 1/2 hours and when we called popeyes the order was cancelled, saying nothing why it was cancelled, we finally found the popeyes store and it was in tyson , we keep on calling the store phone and nothing answered, we called the tech support and the 23.31 will be refunded but the point reward is not refundable. But until now my 23.31 never been refunded . Popeye’s Tyson are the worst when it comes to customer service and manager service. Very bad , you lost a valued customer who love to it Popeyes but now never again, we will erase popeyes in our app and in our community as if was not existing anymore.

Their service is bad and they use the same food for all day its not even fresh is always cold. For what i see they keep the same chicken until its over to make other its always raw. The only thing they change is the time of the chicken. They dont even use gloves to serve peoples food is just nasty i see them always touching each other with the same hands they serve the chicken and other things.

I ordered from Popeyes recently and was extremely disappointed. First of all, the portion sizes are very small for the price — definitely not worth the money. On top of that, one of the items I paid for was missing from my order.

I tried to contact them multiple times to resolve the issue, but it was impossible to reach anyone. I called several times, left voicemails, and never heard back. The lack of customer service is unacceptable.

This was my first and last time ordering from Popeyes. I expected better from such a well-known brand.

In my limited experience tonight, the boys working were putting in a Hella effort and as far as I’m concerned, produced excellent spicy fried chicken and mash potatoes…. maybe it was a good day, thank you for the effort

I got the spicy chicken sandwich on Monday, January 20, 2025. I am a huge Popeyes fan and was so excited to finally have one close to home. However, the sandwich was disgusting. It wasn’t just the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had at Popeyes, it was probably the worst one I have ever had, anywhere. I wish I had kept my receipt so I could report it to corporate. It was so bad. It was overcooked, the breading on the chicken came completely off of the meat and stuck to the bun. One side of the chicken breast was thick, and the other was thin, which is normal, except the thin end was hard as a rock and literally uneatable. If I had eaten it there, instead of after I left the mall, I would’ve brought it back. Frankly, if I wasn’t headed to an appointment, I probably would’ve brought it back even though I’d left the mall. To say I was disappointed is the biggest understatement.
