My drinks are never made correctly. I order a latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle and I get a coffee in a cup with a lid. No matter what combination of drink I get they make them wrong and not as asked for. They should just serve plain coffee because that’s all they ever serve regardless of what is ordered. These employees all need to learn how to make the drinks they offer that customers pay a lot of money for. These coffees are not cheap so serve what they order. If you don’t know how to make the drinks you offer then learn or ask.

This is second time I have called to report a problem first time I asked for manager they took my info..my order was wrong..they never called me back..good thing I don’t have a food allergy instead of tea they gave me a green drink,I suppose some healthy vitamin drink..since I was now half hour away..just wanted a tea next time…now today the lady at the drive-thru was very rude,asked my boyfriend 3 × for his order of my tea.
So he loudly said hot tea..we went to pick up he paid..they gave us cold tea..he gave it back..drove off and was still charged for it..bad business..

If I could give less of a star, I would. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and never once had any problem, until today. Just trying to order a simple coffee, the worker not only ignored me, kept talking to her coworkers, but then threatened to “take this outside” and fight me when I asked her if we could keep this conversation between us. I had to end up calling the cops because she was so aggressive and started taking off her coat. The manager never apologized until I went out of my way to speak with her and her only excuse was “people are mean to us all the time”. Poor employees, poor management, and poor excuse for a dunkin I will gladly never return to.

Compared to the one in Hammonton I do not like it. It’s not as good when it comes to the simple foods sngd also I had to wait outside for a while even though there’sy no customers inside and maybe there was one in front of me and they messed up the lunch food. They also forgot items and we had to wait for a pretty long time.

This is the worst Dunkin. They never have or want to make sandwiches after 3. They are rude and act like the customer owes them??? They have to ask you what you ordered 3 times? Maybe stop vaping at the window. Attitude problems and they speak so low at the drive thru as if I woke them. Good luck. You’ll be closed soon.
