And reading some of the reviews, I just have to make a comment. These people work very hard in very long hours, and sometimes especially us older people. Are not always as pleasant as we would want to be. It’s almost impossible to find employees, and we work ourselves to death. Trying to provide food and service to the quality we intend. Please be patient with them and understanding and you will find them to be awesome people.
I’ve been on a kick with bananas. So before my dinner, I had fried banana dessert and oh so glad It was their batter with Coconut, the oil was a little old, but still superb.I.Left no evidence
Last night I crawled in here almost on my knees. Beg them for some old-fashioned Chicken Soup.
He said, sit down. We’ll see you soon. Well. The if I didn’t know better, I would have thought I had made it. The broth was hearty. The vegetables were crisp and you could tell that they deboned the chicken shortly after starting to cook, it held it aside and added the meat at the very end. It was still juicy and tasty, not dried out. And shredded well guess what? Come morning. I had no more congestion in my chest. It did what I was looking for this pneumonia. Have walked me looking at 8 days. Sometimes forgetting whether I ate or not. So I am drained not only from not eating, but unfortunately going through a lot of b. Yes At least when I stepped to their door I was met with a smile, a welcome in a friendly face period thank you guys, you will see me often as usual

Excellent food and we ended up eating twice from here during our 5 day stay in Alaska.
Soup both Tom Yum and Tom kha was excellent, Drunken noodles veggie was ok, rest of the food was excellent.

Asked for 5X Thai hot on two separate occasions. First time was THE BEST! That sauce is precious to me! Lip numbing deliciousness!! Don’t want to spill a single drop! Second time was good, but it looked like they just added extra fire oil, rather than adding more whole peppers. Still so good and hot! Ask and ye shall receive…at least when you are at Nim’s. I will be back, asking for more 5X Thai hot cashew chicken.

Atmosphere very nice, excellent service. Thai tea was very good. Could definitely tell it was fresh. The fresh rolls were tasty, but a little average and salty. Panang curry tasted a little too much like peanuts, and beef was over cooked. They also used stew meat so it didn’t taste quite right. The red curry was very good. And when they say spicy they mean SPICY.

I am thoroughly surprised as to how good the Thai food is here. As a thai person, I never expected to experience ‘authentic’ thai food in Fairbanks, especially with certain menus consisting of homemade noodles!

Very good Thai Food. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The best one was the Tom Yam soup – this is just so delicious. We also tried the Veggie Spring rolls which was good and comes with the sweet sauce. The Drunken noodles is yummy and also the Gang Phak is excellent. Combine this with hot tea on the side and you meal is set.

We came in person and ordered 2 noodle dishes to go. The lady who took our order was really nice, giving us recommendations and water while we were waiting for our food. The food came out in about 10 minutes so it was pretty quick The prices are pretty high and more expensive than California though.
Drunken Noodle With Pork ($18): This is the most popular noodle dish. It was pretty good but not the best I had. It wasn’t as umami as I was expecting and it had cauliflower which isn’t typical.
Nim’s Special With Chicken ($18): This is a lighter version of the drunken noodle but with more random vegetables. The chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. I would stick with the drunken noodles.
