So I order a delux quarter pounder almost every time and somehow it’s always changing I’m either missing the mayo lettuce and tomato or it has everything on it like onions and mustard when I continue to say to onions and no mustard. They fr need to re train people in the kitchen because it’s almost every time that this happens to me

I went through the drive-through today and ordered a number nine you know two cheeseburgers got through the line paid for it when I got my food. I just drove off cause I already waited. 20 minutes. Went to go eat my food after getting where I was trying to eat my food and realized I got a large Coke. I ordered well I didn’t get the large Coke but the bag I got says one large Coke. I didn’t order a large Coke. I ordered a mellow yellow and then it says a double cheeseburger I didn’t order a double cheeseburger. I ordered a number 92 single cheeseburgers and then it says a large fry which I ordered a large fry at this ain’t my order and then I went to call them and complain cause I’m not gonna drive all the way back there and wait another 30 minutes just to get food when my lunch is over now for work and you can’t even call them like how am I supposed to tell them they gave me the wrong order if they don’t even have a phone number worst experience in my life would not recommend

Local resident here, decent food around lunch time but quality takes a hard dive some time in the afternoon or evening.
All I’m after is some late night chicken nuggets and after 6-7pm they might as well just be cold painted rubber, same with the fries.
Idk if it’s a shift change, using highschool kids who can’t operate nothing or the failure to change out grease more than once a day, but absolutely inedible in the evenings

Service was friendly, store appeared clean. Food..awful, burger and Fries tasted artificial. On the upside my soft drink was pretty good. It’s doubtful if I’ll ever make a return visit.

They need to bring in a manager/tech support person from an experienced franchise to get everyone trained up. The mobile ordering never works right and they’re worthless at trouble shooting it or give you wrong info. I get their new but McDonalds is a massive franchise, surely they have people that go around to all their franchisees and help get things running smooth.

The food is garbage, it tastes synthetic. No Love is put in cooking this food. The flavors have all changed compared to years ago. My quarter pounder that I used to love was dry and tasteless. McDonald’s is all about the money.
I do not recommend this place. Support your local Mom and pops home cooking restaurants. It’s the only way to go anymore.
