I was driving through Granite Falls this past weekend and decided to stop at Ziggi’s Coffee, and I’m really glad we did. From the moment we pulled up, the experience was great. My family can be a bit indecisive when it comes to ordering coffee, and we definitely took our time and changed our order more than once. The staff handled it all with patience, kindness, and a genuinely friendly attitude, which made the stop feel relaxed instead of rushed.
The pricing was another pleasant surprise. Compared to some of the larger, well-known coffee chains, Ziggi’s prices were very reasonable without sacrificing quality. Even better, the coffee itself was excellent rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they serve.
If you’re passing through the Granite Falls area, this place is absolutely worth the stop. Ziggi’s Coffee gets five stars all day from our family. Highly recommend. ☕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a 20z hot caramel macchiato which was so good. I got my order in just 3 minutes. They have no indoor dining space, so for a chilly afternoon that was a bit off but not a deal breaker. Nice location, the staff was so friendly and vibrant!

Stopped yesterday on my way thru town. The location makes it so easy & convenient to get to. I went thru the drive through and ordered a 16oz. Colorado Mocha, which was so yummy! Staff was so friendly, they were very busy but I didn’t wait long at all. I will be back soon!!

While you can dine outside there is no indoor seating which is fine. They are relatively quick going through the drive-thru. All of the Beverages and treats we have tried have been fresh and delicious. They do offer a gluten-free treat which is nice. Price-wise definitely what you would see at a coffee chain.

Worst experience i’ve had here so far. I came and ordered a mobile order.And when I got there no one was there besides one car and one person in the window. I waited an extra 20 minutes after my order was completed. After I had to call them and see what was going on. One of my drinks was completely had no icing it and was very watered down. And my two cinnamon rolls were completely cold when I received them and they were supposed to be warm… call to talk to manager and they said they will not be for few days and said they’ll call me without taking my number…

I have mixed feelings about this place. I am trying to love it. They have great product, but sometimes I feel their employees need better common sense training.
They usually are busting their butts, but they are all over the place. I go there regularly to pick up breakfast for my daughter-in-law and myself… And I can see everything they are doing because I order at the walk up window. I watch them prepare the sandwiches, then take them out of the toasting oven and then leave them sit on the counter getting cold while they start making someone else’s order. For Pete’s sake, I am standing right there. Bag up my sandwiches and give them to me please before you start working on someone else’s order.

Ziggi’s Coffee was NOT good. IT WAS AMAZING! If you haven’t tried the Fireside coffee, you’re missing out! Also, the bacon breakfast burrito is the best one I have had! They gave me a pup cup for my 2 girls and had such personable staff. One of my new favorite coffee stops!
