I’ve come here a couple times although this time I asked for a latte but with less ice and don’t fill the cup all the way with milk seemed to have the male barista on bar quite bothered and mad at every other staff member about that ask. Got a pretty bad drink and felt bad for the people there and he never came to ask me personally what I was ordering just was mad at everyone else that I ordered it. To clarify the other baristas were great and very kind!

Always forgets at least one ingredient in the drink, and baristas are only friendly about half the time I go, but it’s the only drive thru and place I can order ahead in Dubuque! I’ve had my drinks made wrong several times now with this location and I’ve about had it!

We always order the same thing, and on a couple of occasions I’ve had to go back because they gave us the drink incorrectly prepared. We tell the person at the window and they just say “I’m sorry.” This has happened more than once.

$7.22 and you are mostly paying for ice on their shaken espresso drinks. I’ve asked for light ice a handful of times and am met with the same amount each time and rudeness when asked to fix it. For an expensive drink I would like to be able to enjoy more than just a handful of sips.

I just moved to the city, and this is the closest Starbucks to my house. I have gone every day since August 1. This location has only gotten my drink correct twice out of 16 times!!!…. That is ridiculous. Every time, they forget the vanilla sweet cream in a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. How? And how is it so consistently forgotten? Y’all need to pay more for real.
Update: my drinks are still being made incorrectly, even after this post. The The fact that Starbucks commented back and told me to just ask for the drink to be made correctly is absurd. I should not be having to ask for my drink to be remade and waste my time in the morning and make me late for work because they can’t get my drink correct. I literally order a vanilla sweet cream, cold brew with cold foam and they always handed it to me with just a cold foam. Do you realize that that’s an extra charge for that vanilla sweet cream? So, Starbucks, is what you’re saying that after I have already paid for the additional cream to be added to my drink, that I have to ask for it to actually be put in my drink? That’s crazy That’s crazy and BAD business practice.
