The manager is incredibly rude. Was given the wrong sauce(she dropped it in my bag before I could stop her). Told her thats not what I wanted and she said id have to get back in line(20 people in line) and order the correct sauce. I will never be back to this location

Wrong sandwich and it doesn’t even come with any sauce. How am I supposed to eat this?
I went back and told them the sandwich was not what I ordered. They agreed to remake it, but it never came out. I couldn’t wait there forever for one sandwich. Chick Fil A is highly overrated.

DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m flabbergasted that the Chic-fil-A and the university permits this type of behavior. The younger employees were professional, but the elderly employees were detestable. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location or Uber eats. I would rate them with zero stars, if possible.

It’s not a real location, and the pin takes you to a random building on a collage campus after driving 9 minutes one way off the highway!

Always great and hits the spot. The service is always very fast and friendly. I wish they had more options, but its not a full restaurant so thats to be expected. I will say that if you should be prepared for a small wait. The employees work as fast as they can but its very popular so the line is usually fairly long.

Fairly quick, very friendly, good was pretty fresh. I would like a better location than campus but it was convenient to have parking. 30 minute time limit on parking.
