Wanted to take the time out my day to give Dee the manager an excellent review! She is the epitome of customer service. On a hectic $2 pan pizza Tuesday she multi-tasked, directed, lead & was excellent under pressure! If I was Pizza Hut, I would have her train all the Manager’s in the region! She made my experience well worth the wait & my food was fantastic. I will recommend all my friends, family & coworkers in Cincinnati to go to that Pizza Hut if they want an Outstanding Experience! Thank you Dee! My family thanks you too! Dinner was eaten well in the Patton Household, with a smile too….Because of you & your service!❤️

Tonight we ordered two medium pizzas from the Glenway avenue store. The GM “D” was very polite and welcoming. I kid you not when I say these were the two best pizzas I have eaten in over a year. Kudos to the store, the staff, and the food.

Food and atmosphere is just fine. Nothing there to complain about. However, they are open til 11 pm today (Wednesday) and I get there 15 minutes prior to 11pm to pay and pickup my order I put in on the app however she tells me I have to hand her my payment at the door and she’ll bring the food out because “we don’t let anyone inside an hour before closing.” Um OK let’s see how your manager or corporate feels because sounds to me like you’re just trying to finish cleaning so you can leave right at 11 otherwise there would be no reason not to let me in, a paying customer.

My son thought he was chewing an onion and it turned out to be a piece of plastic in the pizza. The pizza itself looked like a frozen pizza. I won’t order from the Glenway location anymore, and will just stick to Larosa’s.

I just ordered a large supreme stuffed crust and I gotta say this was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I’ve had this pizza at other locations over the years and it’s always good, but I’ve never had one that looked like it belongs on the commercials and tastes as good as it looks. Amazing job to the staff on July 3rd, 2024. Pizza also arrived almost 15 minutes earlier than projected. The picture doesn’t do it any justice.

Absolutely horrible. I will never order there again. I continuly get a shamed pizza box where the cheese is on top of the box. And I get other shamed products like my chicken wings and cinnamon rolls. I called and they gave me a “credit”. I haven’t order in a few weeks and went other places to order. Came back for my credit and it wasn’t there.
The Manager John was a joke and was not even helpful. I will no longer be eating pizza Hut!
This happens all the time and I always leave a $10 tip. No more! I’m done!

I love this Pizza Hut Location! Even though it is not my local store it is well worth the travel get fresh hot food that is so delicious! Staff is amazing and always welcoming!
