Food is amazing, service not so much. Ordered tacos for there and food to go. When I walked in only one other table with two people there. Ordered pazole and torta to go. Waited for 15 minutes for my tacos which is fine but then waited another 35 minutes for my to go order while they continued to serve people who go there after me also ordered at the counter and waiting for to go orders.

Have a 3 hour drive ahead of me and now I’m stuck in traffic because it told me almost a hour to get food. In the future, I’d serve your customers in order. Finished my tacos within ten minutes and waited another 25 minutes just sitting there.

On top of that h left a $8 too yet I had to ask for napkins for my tacos. Food is amazing, service needs work.

Love that this place does vegan Mexican food!!!! And they do it really well. Tasty and great portion. Only thing we didn’t really like was the nopales taco which was a bit boring. The cactus could be better seasoned or cooked differently- just tasted like cactus straight from the can with no preparation.

Made a special trip here to get vegan food, and it was fantastic. I have never been able to eat quesabirria tacos with consommé before – this was the highlight for me! Hot, juicy, spicy and full of flavor. Also ordered the chicken taquitos, nachos, and horchata, and all were phenomenal. And the BEANS… I’m great at cooking beans and both the pinto and black beans were so savory and delicious. Plus, we came in on a weekend afternoon and the food came out so fast. I hope this place stays open forever. I was horribly sad when my leftovers ran out. I can’t wait to go back. I think the food here was actually much better than the Monterey location.

Not to complain but I ordered an Asada Burrito and there literally was nothing but rice in it. Gonna wait a while before giving it another shot. Did not get the impression that bringing it to their attention would change anything. Had been here 3 time before and things were great. An all rice burrito for 17 bucks is tought to trust going back.

My daughter is vegan and its tough to find a place that offers great food for both of us. This place was amazing, couldn’t tell the birria tacos were vegan. We tried multiple items and everything was full of flavor. As a non vegan, I will be back. The service was great, the lady taking our order was great at explaining what items were spicy and she was very patient with us.

Hands down, the best vegan Mexican food in the Sacramento area. This is my favorite restaurant to go to, literally everything I’ve ordered has been delicious! I’ve tried several burritos, most of the tacos, enchiladas, tortas, and specialty plates – ALL of them have been GREAT.

The potato tacos are so delicious, and I absolutely love the posole just know that it’s a little spicy and if you can’t handle the heat, then you can always add a little bit of sour cream to it, just to calm it down a bit, the cream helps I promise. But I highly recommend!!! Definitely must go!
