Placed a delivery order for a meal @ 11:50am recieved my food at 2:03pm. How can they justify that long. ???
Even after that, there wasn’t cheese on my burger and there wasn’t a drink and no zesty sauce. Food wasn’t good. Couple of bits and threw it in the trash. Delivery guys said he wasnt offered a drink! I called 4 times now one ever answered the phone.
I made a complaint via the app, recieved an email then was offered 10 dollars in burger king coupons on a 27.69 delivered meal. I said no thank you cause I will never order here again.
I do not recommend delivery from the ellisville, MO burger king.

Very clean burger king. Staff is very friendly here. Melissa is awesome with the guests. Food is hot and fresh and comes out very quickly. Definitely recommend

I typically utilize this location in the morning and get the same thing every time, two breakfast burrito jr.’s.. so much so that the representative typically working in the mornings recognized me by name this morning. The breakfast burrito jr.’s from this location are outstanding, and such customer service is incredibly hard to find in this industry. Beyond the great service, the other food at this location seems to be a step above other locations in the area. Overall this is a great example of what a Burger King should be, from the food to the service. Thank you!

Placed order ahead of time. Waited almost 30 minutes for food. Order placed at 8:06. Received food at 8:32. Watched what I thought was my shake and one drink on the counter for ten minutes. Finally order was ready. They gave me a poorly blended, melted chocolate Oreo shake. Food and trash all over kitchen. Trash and ketchup all over drink area and bugs crawling all over. Gross
15 minutes after we got our food, my party was chatting and the lady proceeds to shout across the dining room, “Hey, guys? Our dining room closes in 10 minutes, so can you, like–?” Her face clearly said “Leave.” Could have been a little nicer about it.

Believe it or not, i came to pick up a doordash order at 10 pm. There was none before me. But i had to wait 20 minutes to pick up my order while im the only customer. Please do not doordash at this location. Burger king sucks

The guy at the drive-through window was nice. That is the one nice thing that I can say. I waited for my food over 17 minutes at the drive-through window after they took my money. Attached is the picture of the cold and raw impossible Burger that I received, and the Cheeseburger that was supposed to be plain. I was not able to attach pictures of the food that was missing. The French fries were cold. Out of $27 worth of food, I am told that the 2 chicken sandwiches were actually edible.

22 minutes and still didn’t have our food, manager (stocky older guy in glasses, mustache) was just barking and and berating the kids working for him, then when I asked to speak with him started barking at me as well. I asked for a copy of my receipt (hadn’t thought I would need one when I first placed the order) he refused, I asked for the corporate number to complain, he refused. Asked for a refund, he refused. We walked out without our food, or a refund. If anyone at the ownership for this location is reading this, take out the trash.

I have been eating BK sparingly since childhood and I have to say the quality of the food declines progressively year to year. That said, today is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. I’m literally sick to my stomach as I’m writing this and I’m almost wishing I’ll get sick enough to get this junk out of my system.
First off, the triple whopper patties were completely dry. Clearly kept in a food warmer way too long. The patties tasted like the there was sand in them.
The bread was hard, inflexible and dry. They were out of tomatoes. Barely any lettuce. Bacon was hard and somewhat burnt. The onion rings looked and tasted triple refried. All batter no onion. Couldn’t taste it.
I ordered a side of 4-piece chicken nugget. The only gave me 3. Are these guys struggling? No sauces or napkins.
I have no idea how this place is even in business. Most people go around them anyway to go to taco bell but I was craving a burger. Big mistake! I believe most these restaurants are franchises. Whoever owns this one either doesn’t care, is disengaged, too far removed or numb/indifferent to what is going on here.
My wife picked this up for me so I can’t speak to the service. But whatever I ate today was part dried food, part synthetic tasteless fillers. Big regret.

Update…Still awful after another visit…shame on me for trying again. Old post- I gave this BK another chance and still very disappointed. This new location in ellisville cannot get their act together. Missed 2 items from my order(thank goodness I wasn’t in the drive through) and the chicken sandwhich they gave me had been sitting in the warming area, was cold and had cheese, which I hadn’t ordered.

For being brand new the inside was gross a complete mess. We wanted to try the new pretzel burger except they were out. The drink station was gross. And the bathroom were nasty and looked worse than a truck stop. The food we did order was good though.
