Sushi Enya is a high quality and authentic Japanese Restaurant and sushi restaurant in Marina del Ray with multiple locations throughout Los Angeles. Our newest location is a welcome addition to the Marina Del Rey dining scene and promises a classy array of Japanese style sushi and fusion-style rolls. Our very own Owner Chef Kimiyasu Enya has trained for over ten years in Japan. Priding with the freshest ingredients, we receive our products daily from the fish market. Our goal is to serve and exceed our customer’s expectations!! We also feature daily specials and our own chef’s tasting omakase course.

Honesty is the best policy…. Overall we had a positive experience. I don’t know if we’ll be back though. Sushi is simply very competitive in this area and unfortunately nothing was knock your socks off great. It was fresh but I think just very fine/average overall. I would describe all of our sashimi, nigiri and roles to be on the more simple scale flavor wise. The options are very limited for sake, aps, and sushi. I actually was shocked at how few sake options they have on the menu and I hope they get more. It is certainly not bad and I think most people can have a solid meal and a fine time. Just too plain for me. I would be happy to revisit if they would be open to adding additional items and enhancing their menu because the quality of the fish was good.

What made the evening truly special was our fantastic server, who took such genuine interest in our road trip and shared so many helpful tips for our journey. I’ll just start by saying that I live in Long Beach and I willingly come here multiple times a month. This is the best sushi experience in LA. The servers are amazing and extremely polite. You really can’t beat the kindness everyone exhibits here. I mean you’re literally greeted by the whole staff when you walk in. The quality of ingredients is unmatched and you get exactly what you want here. Big shoutout to my favs here Chef Alex, Aria & Kate. All in all, even if you don’t like sushi, you would love this place.

I’m visiting from Atlanta and this place was walking distance from me so I’ve decided to try it out. I got the yellowtail sashimi, crispy rice tuna, and the W dragon roll. Katy and Lexi accommodated me tonight and they were AMAZING! 10/10 food & service

Omg! Chef Ty, Ayle, and Alex were incredible at the bar. The fish was outstanding, and the vibe with these three chefs was just as good. We come at least twice a month because no other fish or sushi chefs even come close.

Lexi was our server, she was amazing. It was her first day and she was so sweet and it was such great service. My water cup was never empty. The food was phenomenal. I tried so many new things and have a new favorite fish now. The hot sake was great too. Great environment, great food. Will be coming back.

We are locals and love the extra care and attention to detail they take at sushi Enya. The cherry blossom roll is our favorite. We adore the chef specials and sake recommendations. It helps us venture out of our comfort zone and try new amazing fish and sake.

This place is amazing! Sit at the bar and hopefully your chef will be Ty, super rad dude who will serve you up some of his favorites. The kinmedai and shimaji and chu-toro all rock, while the unagi is a great borderline desert option. I would also recommend the dark Hitachino, which has IPA vibes. Bottom line, just go with the flow and you’ll have a great time.
