I ordered my food today at 7:08pm on 05/27/2025 and it was supposed be done at 7:50pm. I only ordered 4 subs and a couple of chips. I walked in and a young lady with black hair (an employee) was just standing there in a daze and not doing anything until I told her I’m here for a pick up order. She replied and said that they are still making it even though there were no tickets being printed out or people inside and I ordered 2 hour ahead, so thats no excuse to why my food wasn’t done. I had to grab the chips myself and fill my gallon of sweet tea as well. There was another employee she has brown hair and she was complaining and kept going in and out of the back freezer side saying that shes going to cry in the back for 2 minutes. Complaining about their work hours and leaving late. Left at 8:30pm to come home and find out that they messed up on all of the sandwiches, my sub had two bottom buns on both sides of my sandwiches, missing toppings, and they were switching toppings with the other subs, missing the extra meat even though the employees mentioned to each other that we order extra meat on our subs. Complaining about missing their child first birthday, just straight whining for no reason and they were complaining to the other customers as well after we left. I have everything recorded so, this will be me and my family last time eating here, such a disappointment. I was charged for extra meat on 5 subs which was $6.00 extra so they owe me $30.00 for the missing extra meat as well. Will be calling corporate and file a complaint.

We’ve been to a number of Firehouse Subs in Florida. While not awful, this one was not the best.
Good: The tables were clean and the subs were hot and fresh.
Bad: The service was not good. The cashier was unfriendly yet wanted a tip.
Door Dash-type orders seemed to receive priority as it took the staff a little more than 15 minutes to make our two subs while we saw at least four delivery people come in and get theirs.
Parking is tight.

I ordered a delivery through Doordash at 10:27am for lunch. The app said est arrival time is 11:03am, checked on my order at 11:05 since it hadn’t arrived yet. The app stated the dasher had been at the store waiting on my order for over 15 mins and finally decided to leave bc of the wait. Now the app says no other dasher available. When I called the store bc now I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food to even be ready for pick up/del, the “manager in training” Jake was defensive and rude. When I asked him if he could help me, he actually told me no, it’s doordash’s problem and to take it up with them. I tried to explain to him that there was someone waiting at the store for my order previously, but left due to the extended time it was taking for my order to be ready (over 40 mins from order time) and now I’m stuck in limbo for a new dasher to try and get my order. Again he told me it ‘s wasn’t his problem and hung up on me!! Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a manager.

Firehouse has had the same great taste throughout the years but the prices are getting a little crazy. I got a large hook and ladder combo and it was almost $20. I get that we live in a crazy time and everything is expensive but I can usually eat at most restaurants for under $13 but overall the food was good and tasted fresh! They always forget to ask if I have a rewards number so that could be one improvement from the cashiers side.

It took forever to complete my order. I ordered a salad and a sandwich. And I was in a hurry. I didnt know that it would take longer than 15 minutes to get my food. This was my first time here. I came because someone gave me a Firehouse gift card for Christmas. I had no idea this place existed but will not come here again unless someone gives me a gift card again. I think, if I get a gift card, I’ll just order drinks. Their soda machine is really neat and has millions of options. Anyway, I grabbed my food and left. A few hours later I got diarrhea. If I want a sandwich, you know where I go? I always go to The Fresh Market. Their food is ready-made. There’s no wait time. Just grab what I need, pay for it & eat. In less than 3 minutes, the food is in my mouth. I hate to wait for food prep! So, Subway, Firehouse, Burger King or any kind of hamburger place is the last place I’d go, because of wait time!

Food was good as usual but more impressed with the workers Jake and Carlos… Super nice guys made the place way better to eat inside, they very helpful and seemed to not hate being there which was refreshing, thanks guys will be back!

I ordered my food for 12pm pick up, have to be at work at 1230. Food wasn’t ready. I was late to work and had to eat on the fly. I won’t be coming back to this location during a work day.
